I went to this office several times for routine removal of pre-cancers on my face. Each time they kept me waiting for over 30 min, and once 50 minutes in a small cramped room with no chair. Then when the nurse saw me she was rushed and didn;t have time to check for other grownths on my back. I was told to make another appointment so they would have more time. Dr. Klein has done it again. I just went for filler under my eyes last week and she did a phenomenal job. I had no bruising or swelling and my results look perfectly natural and not at all over done. What I really love best about Dr Klein is she isn't pushy with product. She has a great eye for placement and doesn't oversell you. Dr. Klein is an excellent dermatologist. I saw her for Juvederm, Botox, and Voluma. I was nervous about getting Voluma because I thought it could really have the potential to make a face look strange if it were done improperly. Dr. Klein did a PERFECT amount of it along with the Juvederm and Botox. I felt like I looked 10 years younger leaving her office that day. She told me to come back for touch ups if I wasn't completely satisfied with any of the fillers or Botox. Another plus is that she is extremely personable and friendly. She made me feel so relaxed. Wow, I don't understand all the bad reviews for Dr. Klein. Her staff is always professional and as for Dr. Klein's interaction with me as her patient, I could not be more satisfied with her expertise. I have been going to her office for years for Botox and most recently for Radiesse. I have never had an excessively long wait for services and her office is clean and comfortable. I have been going to Doc Klein for close to 10 years for Botox and Juvederm and would not consider going anywhere else. I have heard from friends they find her a little more expensive, but I'm willing to pay more because I find the results are worth it. In 10 years I've NEVER had anything but perfect results. I've seen in my circle of friends who go to other doctors, procedures gone wrong, drooping eyes, unnaturally raised eyebrows etc. I've had a facelift with another physician but did not have him do the fillers or botox. Yes her office is busy and maybe she doesn't have the demeanor you're looking for...BUT her results are great. I've also noticed they last a long time. I really wanted to like this place but I just can't. They not only told me I wouldn't be charged for something only to bill me for it later, but then prescribed me a product without giving me any notice or warning that it thins your skin. So at my next face wax appointment I had half my face ripped off. Seeing as brow and face waxing is pretty common a doctor should really warn you of these side effects. read more

First time patient, I was taken in within 2 minutes, Dr. came in within 3 minutes, got lucky with the first appt. of the day. She kindly explained all my questions, and even though I was in for a skin consult and not rashes, she still gave me special creams and tips on how to better my eczema and rash. I didn't realize I have to come back for rash but that's because it is her PA's specialty. My old dermatologist would do it all in one visit and would block out 20-30 minutes for the full blown skin check and freezing of growths or rash consults, that's the only downside to this practice, having to come in twice. But they still get 5 stars because I was treated nicely by staff, Dr. was very polite and professional and still asked if I had more questions, didn't rush me out. So far so good for me! read more

I took my daughter to Dr. Klein's office for teenage acne that seemed to spring up overnight. Her p.a. spent a great deal of time explaining causes and treatment options, and we left with sample meds and a plan. In addition to the great care we had the best time talking to Linda- she's wise and unique! It was great to hear a couple of her stories about child rearing. She had us in stiches! A great experience. I was also lucky enough to get a gift certificate to the day spa and chose a hot rock massage. It was so relaxing. I see Nancy the PA and I have always been happy with her and the office staff. I get laser treatments for rosacea with Nancy (with good results) and I also have had laser hair removal ( not by Nancy ) done here with good results. Also, Nancy has taken a few pre-cancer spots off of my nose and she is gentle. I never really have had to wait too long in the room to see Nancy the PA. read more

Dr Lorrie Klein is, by far, the best Dermatologist in OC for beauty. I've been seeing her for many years for facial rejuvenation injectibles, and I'm convinced she is the reason I get complimented so often on how youthful my appearance is. Dr Klein is always up to date on the newest products, and so when asked if I wanted to try Jeuveau, a recent alternative to Botox, I agreed. In my opinion, the advantage is that it kicked in sooner, about 3 days versus 7 to 10. She also used one vial of Juvaderm for my marionette lines, and instant "lifted" results. As always, Dr Lorrie is professional, completely pain free administration, and in my case, zero bruising. My husband has no idea when I've been, he only knows I look "forever young"! I am getting Botox for past 4 years and this was the first time I went to Lorries' clinic .appointment wasn't on time and I had to wait 40 minutes. she waked in and in just less than 3 minutes she said that she injected 40 units without even check All face movements and lines.I am a former register nurse and I know what are the procedures and how to inject. she charged me higher than ever I used pay and after three weeks that i was waiting to effect. it is look like I never got injected. when I contact them they said that I have to pay again for retouch! I am writing an update, because I wanted to confirm that Dr. Klein came through on her word. I could not be happier with the results. I did not want to have my face look frozen or appear fake and I absolutely love that Dr. Klein was upfront with me and told me she always errs on the conservative side when doing botox, so if I wanted "more" to just come back and see her. And, like most people who like more of a natural look, they'd be very satisfied. I recently had my 2nd visit with Dr. Klein. Yet again her professionalism and expertise amaze me. After my last round of Botox a few months ago, I was ready for more and also wanted to try Juvederm for the 1st time. Dr. Klein explains all aspects of the treatment, what to expect during treatment, after treatment, and beyond. I decided to have Botox and Juvederm this last session and Dr. Klein and her staff were very accommodating (since I hadn't scheduled for Juvederm). Juvederm is virtually painless, a little sting at first, but since she numbs the treatment area this is minimal. I am currently on day 2 after treatment and the result is fabulous. Dr. Klein is knowledgeable, meticulous, kind and patient, and a true professional in her field. Went to Dr. Klein 10 years ago she helped me with my adult acne and ingrown hairs, I recently referred my friend and she loved the great service. My only disappointment is I suffered with keloid scarring and after many many cortisone shots and a lot of money I experienced no improvement, Dr. Klein said nothing else could be done and appointment was over. Would love to know if there has been any new treatments that have been improved for keloid scarring since 2002. read more

I can't remember her name, but she was very nice and I was very happy with the results. She talked to me about my concerns and was very helpful. I had a great botox treatment by Dr. Klein. I'd only had it once before, with a different doctor, and the feeling when I would raise my eyebrows was awful... very tight and lots of pressure and very very uncomfortable. I swore I wouldn't do it again but years later, the wrinkles were bothering me so I went to Dr Klein and could not be happier. I don't feel a thing and the wrinkles that were bothering me are gone.
