Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. Leo, Allen, and Dom were so kind to help me clean up and fix the area and make it look as new as possible. Picked up the car and didn't think anything of it, didn't inspect the paint too closely because I assumed by the high reviews I'd be fine and taken care of. After going to fill gas at Costco the next day, under their great lighting, I noticed that my paint had swirls in it. Then I opened the gas cap and saw layer of dirt on the cap area. I've only had the car washed twice in its life (new car) and it was both done by Unique Car Wash, so there's no way it was done elsewhere, and even if it was, a wax should have taken care of the swirls by filling the scratches. This is probably the result of the place not doing a proper 2 step wash, using dirty microfiber towels and not even waxing the car. Other places offered the same service for $150 and offer claybar, wax, and other services. So I paid for a high end service, received a mediocre interior and exterior cleaning, and swirls in my paint. Don't recommend going here if you actually care about your cars paint, and if you want quality work done for a good price. Might as well take it to a drive through wash.

I got an interior and exterior detail and the seats did not seem to be shampooed well, there was wax residue left on the inside of my windows and minor things that just didn't seem to be wiped down thoroughly. Without looking too hard it's a good clean, but I've gotten details in the past and they've left my car looking brand new. This was more just like a good car wash. If your car is already pretty clean I would use them, but otherwise I don't think it was a true detail.

It's black so every single scratch is visible and he got them allll out. Our interior is light and was stained to the point it looked nearly leopard print. I really appreciated that he not only did every single thing he said he would, but he also did extra things he felt were needed to meet his expectations. Beyond doing a better job than I've ever experienced, Richard is so incredibly kind, personable, and easy to talk to. I took a chance on a concierge service to wash and vacuum my car cause I live in an area where I…read moredon't have the option to clean my own car. After this experience I will just continue to go to a car wash seeing it does a better job than this service did. I reached out to customer service and followed up twice and once more on email before I got a response but instead was met with a comment that "the tech said my car needed extra attention." Mind you it just needed to be washed vacuumed and wiped down in the interior. I keep my car in good condition regularly go through a wash and vacuum. I had good expectations whet he showed up early and left at 3:05 when my appointment wasn't even until 2:55, but when I spoke to the customer service rep the excuse for why my car washed done well was because he didn't have "time" before his next appt.... I got the silver wash and it was supposed to be a 100% hand wash & my car was left with multiple bugs all over the front of the car. From a girl who does this herself, I know it's not that hard to get bugs off. Sometimes it just requires some extra elbow grease. I went back through the description of what was supposed to be done and almost none of what was in the description was done or done fully - he didn't wipe down the interior, no air freshener, no spray detail finish, no clean and shampoo of the cup holder, on top of that there was splatter on my bumper from whatever they used to wipe down the tires, my seats were still left with dirty residue from something that looked like dirt that wasn't in my car prior. The seat was not moved back to where it belonged it was pushed all the way to front position and steering wheel was not placed back in locked position so when I went to drive it it was moving in and out. Not ok. To conclude my review. Customer service offered me. 20 dollar credit, I declined.
