We love this store. We call it "the crazy store". its is jam packed with great stuff and crazy…read morestuff. Vintage, new, kids stuff, elegant stuff. We've been several times and never walked out empty handed. Our casa need some decor, not furniture, we have that, but decor. The Crazy Store has added beauty and brightness to our casa. Staff is very helpful. Find something, point it out to a staff member and continue shopping. When you're all done everything is waiting for you at the front.

The girl who took my order was nice and helpful…read more I paid half of the price down and received a receipt via WhatsApp. I was told that it would take 10-14 days. That was on March 8. I also received a WhatsApp message from Itzel letting me know that they will contact me when my chairs are ready. On March 28 I wrote a WhatsApp message to check on my chairs - no reply. On March 29 i wrote another message and also told Itzel that i need the chairs because I was leaving the city on April 3rd. - no reply I went to the store, it was closed. But there were 2 guys in the workshop behind. They said i didn't have an order until I showed them my order. Then they pointed towards 2 chair frames and informed me that these were my chairs and that they would be finished by Saturday. Well, on Saturday April 2 I wrote another WhatsApp message to make sure that the chairs were actually ready. No reply. I drove there with a friend, everything was shut down for the weekend. On Monday April 4 I received a message with an apology and all sorts of excuses. Chairs could be delivered on Tuesday, free of charge. Ever since then my friend has been trying to get a hold of the store to arrange for the delivery. Nobody is answering her calls. I have sent at least 2 more messages, no replies. I have been asking for photos of my chairs, but don't get any answers. I don't think that the chairs have been completed. At this time I just want my down payment back. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll get it. I don't know what's going on, but do not order from this place! Also, the photos of the shop that you find on the internet are not even close to the actual store i went to.
