However, the service was bad. the waitress acted very arrogant and rude. the table we were seated at needed to be wiped off. The waitress seemed impatient with us while taking our drink order and when she returned with our drinks she literal threw them on the table. when it was time to order one of the people in our group couldn't pronounce a dinner item and the waitress wouldn't assist, she just looked at her. obviously she knew the menu, because she didn't write down our selections and brought everything back correct. First time visiting and we came for happy hour margaritas with friends on weekday dinner. They have their own parking lot which is so amazing. The menu is straightforward, good variety without being overwhelming. I went with the fish tacos which were really flavorful and came with rice and beans. My friends got carne asada and a taco combination plate with chicken, beef, and pork, and everyone at the table was happy with their order. Oh and free chips and salsa which is always a win. We got the frozen margaritas and tried the cactus, blue raspberry, and green apple flavors. All of them were so good, but fair warning: the sweetness really does hide the alcohol, so just pace yourself because they sneak up on you. The inside is super spacious and they have a big patio out back too. We got booth seating inside and it was comfortable and easy to have a conversation without feeling cramped. So, to be fair this review is only for the Margarita Soft Serve. Popped in on a Saturday afternoon after a friend told me about it. It's the perfect afternoon drinking dessert! I had the Strawberry, she had the Strawberry Mango Swirl. They also offer Mango. The strawberry was delicious and the portion is huge! Very comparable for the price. This is an easily shareable dessert if you're having it post lunch or dinner. The perfect summer treat. Not overly sweet and the strawberry flavor is prominent. What a great place! The building itself is so bright and colorful, which makes it instantly inviting. They have THREE patios to choose from - one up front with umbrellas, one down the alleyway that has a pergola type covering and then a back patio that is fully covered. With the World Cup happening, it's such a great vibe for watching the game, the atmosphere is perfect. The service did take a little while, but to be fair, I came in close to closing. They also have a good drink menu with some good margarita options. There's plenty of options for non-meat, eaters, and veggie eaters. It was a great deal for $12.99. I didn't care for the shredded chicken. It didn't have a lot of flavor and tasted more boiled. The quesadilla barely had any cheese. Not to sound dramatic, but I knew in the first five minutes of my visit that Los Patios is now my favorite Mexican restaurant! I quite literally live right across the street, so the fact that I can walk to my new favorite Mexican restaurant makes me love it that much more! About a year ago, I saw their front sign go up, and my partner and I promised each other that we'd be there on their opening day. I would assume they ran into some unexpected challenges while preparing to open, but August 22, 2025 was the day we'd been waiting for, and we were so excited to fulfill our promise! Immediately upon entering, we were warmly greeted by every employee in the restaurant. Everyone was so personable. We decided to sit out on the patio because it was perfect weather. They have absolutely transformed the interior and exterior. I visited long ago when the building once housed Cafe Ventana and Diablitos. Their renovations look incredible, and I can tell they've put in lots of hard work to give the building new life. A server brought out complimentary chips and salsa right away. These are some of the best chips I've had from a Mexican restaurant. PERFECTLY warm, salty, and not too thick. My partner and I ordered pina coladas. Shortly after ordering them, a manager came out to tell us that their pina colada mix shipment hadn't arrived yet. He offered to drive to a nearby grocery store to buy some, but obviously I didn't want anyone to go out of their way for that! We totally didn't mind at all and appreciated his offer so incredibly much. That's some above and beyond service right there! We each had a frozen mango margarita instead. WOW! Strong, delicious, and refreshing. To eat, my boyfriend had the birria tacos, and I had the mango chipotle chicken tacos. Both of our meals came with a side of rice and beans. Once again, we were beyond impressed. Tell everyone you know about this place! It's pretty rare that you visit a restaurant on their very first day open and have a spectacular experience with no opening day flaws. Met up with a friend for dinner the other night at Los Patios and had a nice time. I arrived a little earlier than my friend so I was able to check in and get seated before she arrived. Once I was settled, someone brought over some waters and then someone else brought over chips with salsa which was nice. The server came by to check in with me, but I let him know I would wait for my friend before ordering. A few minutes later, my friend showed up and our server was quick to come over to greet us. At that time, we agreed that we should order margs. We opted for a pitcher of the classic marg, but I needed to upgrade the tequila which was easy to do. When the margs were brought out, we were both a little confused by the orange slices in the pitcher and on the glasses, not to mention the slightly orange color of the drink itself, but we just laughed and went with it. Why not? The margs were good, but definitely with a strong orange flavor more so than lime. I am not sure if this is just their version of the classic margarita or if we got a creative bartender. Either way, they were okay, but not perfect. We looked over the menu and were ready to order when our server came over to check in with us. She ordered the chicken tacos and I ordered this meal called the Delight with chicken. Mine was basically rice, quest cheese and chicken pieces on top. The food came out quickly and was pretty good. I was not able to finish my meal so I did ask for a to-go container, but I ate as much as I could. My friend also needed a to go box for her meal since she did not finish either. We also asked for a to go cup for the remainder of the margarita that we did not drink so that my friend's bf could try it. On our way out, we picked up an order for her bf that he placed online. It was ready within minutes and we were on our way. The service was good. The food was good. The margarita was "meh". It is clear that white customers are prioritized while Black customers are treated differently. The fact that management continues to ignore the allegations, refuses to address them publicly, and hasn't even apologized is incredibly disappointing. We're always excited to try a Mexican restaurant we haven't before and had heard great things from friends about Los Patios. Unfortunately, our experience was not the best... to put it lightly. I'll start with the highlight: the space itself is really nice, and they have lots of patio seating. Our waitress was friendly, but the service was awful. We did get chips and salsa as soon as we were seated, but it was another 20 minutes after that before anybody came to our table again. After we had placed our order, we had to flag down the waitress for refills and the check, which was a task as she only seemed to walk by us every 20 minutes. The drink refills took forever as we watched her set the cups down on an empty table and forget about them for awhile. My meal was alright. Granted, I had the Pollo Delight (their Arroz con Pollo), which is hard to mess up. However, my partner's Taco Salad, which I also thought would be hard to mess up, was a disaster. A few bites in, he pulled a chunk of chicken bone out of his mouth. The rest of it was bland and absolutely drenched in a watery sauce, so he didn't really eat much of it after that. Stopped by waiting for a work event to end and waste time and ended up having the best dining experience I've had in years, only to find out they JUST OPENED. I was lucky to have Raul as the best server and met the most welcoming owner, Francisco. The entire staff was incredibly kind although they were scheduled to close an hour after my arrival. I asked for a simple margarita and they brought out the prettiest drink. I also typically just get a chicken quesadilla at Mexican restaurants and I can easily say this beat every single one by MILES.
