Long story short I got McKenzie again again I felt blamed. I felt embarrassed. I felt like she judged me and she was so negative telling me that I would have to open up a whole new account if they even let me open it up I ended up leaving and told her I would go the next morning, but I ended up going to the Valley First downtown and I was helped by such an incredible person. I told her about my experience with McKenzie. She said she was absolutely so sorry about everything and that they should never make us feel that way because they're there to help us she helped me. She helped my mom she was so so different than MacKenzie MacKenzie should not be working in customer service maybe she needs to be trained, but I don't see how someone can be trained to be a nicer human being.
