Standing in on short notice for a colleague who had a family emergency, she was the sole server/associate at the outlet on that busy Saturday. Long queue, yet the smile never faded; eager (but not rude) customers including children, yet the enthusiasm and energy did not diminish nor did any sign of frustration appear.
