Me and my friend ordered some burritos and specifically asked for no onions.my friends burrito could have no onions due to him being severely allergic to it. My burrito came out fine but his came with almost all the onions they could put. After taking a bite once we were home he realized it had onions and had to spit it out and take some allergy medication. After that we went back and were calling them before they even closed and no response and once we arrived they gave us our money back for his burrito and thats it. They didn't say sorry our bad or anything close to it no compensation for almost dying and driving back just a refund and bye. What a joke of customer service. read more

This location is definitely the best around. Super clean, amazing quality in the food and not to mention, it's always 11/10 fresh and delicious. We always look forward to coming here and eating at the restaurant since it's the best right out of the kitchen. Lastly no place with amazing food can be 100% unless the staff matches that energy. I posted pictures of a "carne asada torta". A lot more beans than carne asada. I do like beans but not that much in a torta. A little over $10.00 for the torta, a little too much. The torta had one big think slice of onion and one small slice of tomato; one on each side. The flavor was okay, but I will not go out of my way to get one here. Nonono and NO. From stepping inside to the moment we left this was pure hell. As soon as we ordered we regretted it. The counter attendent cared more about securing a tip then making sure we got taken care of. Before we left the counter he shoved the reciept in front of my face. He insisted that I approve the 25 percent tip pre marked on the invoice. I told him no. We did add cash to the tip jar. Ok now the food review.prdered two Carne Asada tacos. We got a small to go box containing our order. 2 tablespoons of beef ,quacomle, beans. And 4 small corn tortilla placed on the bottom of the box. Tacos here are on point! I ordered 2 shrimp Diablo and while they are the size of street tacos they were over stuffed and filling! My daughter had the Carne Asada fries and the portion was very generous as well. They currently have 2 tables outside that you can sit at. You can buy fountain drinks but the cashier has to fill it for you with no refills. The cashier was friendly and service was fast! read more

Cupertino is the man!!! Not sure if I spelt my brothas name correct!! But if you have been to Los Tacos I'm sure he's been there to happily waiting to greet you. I've only been going to this location for about 3 months and every time he has given exceptional service and gives the place a whole different vibe. The recommendations he gives are awesome as well! He told me that the coffee flan was to die for and after taking his advice, I must agree the coffee flan is the bomb!! Id also like to mention that he remembered a majority of my order and was able to remember that my dad works at another location owned by this business. Feels great to get that local vibe over here! Because we live right down the street, I was really hoping Los Tacos would be as good as Senor Grubbys, but it's not. We've been here no less than 3 times and had subpar experiences. For a fast-casual restaurant, the wait to actually get your food is really long (once it was 45 minutes) and the food is always made incorrectly. Tonight my husband picked up take out on his way home, and brought me the grilled veggie burrito. My burrito and his were marked wrong, so I took a big bite of what was labeled a veggie burrito, but was actually The Local. I got a big bite full of meat - it's a good thing I'm not actually vegetarian! Next I discovered an entire half of a hard, unripe avocado in my burrito (see photo). My burrito was also supposed to have rice and beans inside, but did not, so it was really slimy inside. I really want to support local restaurants, but Los Tacos is making it really hard. I doubt we'll be back. read more

Absolutely horrible I went in for a simple bean and cheese with guac, and when I went to open my burrito all the beans went everywhere and just came out and made a mess on my lap. I work at a Mexican restaurant as well and clearly they don't know how to wrap a burrito correctly. I guess you're too lazy to clumsy to wrap a burrito right. Would not recommend when just trying to grab a quick bite. Chick-fil-A is across the block might as well hit that SMH. read more

New taco shop on the way home so we stopped by for lunch after a few hours at the pool. I've been to the one in Vista so I was happy to see this one pop up closer to home. We ordered 4 tacos: carne asada, pastor and 2 garlic shrimp. They had about 6 different sauces available to choose from. The carne asada was good, cooked well with onions, cilantro and guac. The shrimp taco had a good amount of shrimp and tasty. The pastor was my least favorite only because half of the meat was over cooked and had hard char. The Local Burrito is . This is the only place to get al pastor around the 760 area and it's actually pretty good. Not Tacos El Gordo good but good enough! They have like 5 types of hot sauce and they're all pretty damn good. They just don't have carrots! Service is usually pretty awesome whether it's slow or busy. No complaints. Indoor and outdoor seating available. They keep things clean. Indoor can get stuffy, I don't think they have AC or any fans. Parking is plentiful, free, and easy to find.
