My biggest pet peeve with this place is almost half of their items are not priced. This is a huge waste of time to the lay people who want to spend their money for a unique item but don't want to go to the hassle of asking a busy clerk how much everything cost. So I found this experience mostly a waste of time since most of the items I liked were not priced. It's literally business 101. I also found many of the spaces overwhelming with too much merchandise. This place is not accessible to some people due to their narrow claustrophobic aisle ways. You could probably move more product if things were labeled with prices. Otherwise it seems like you are catering only to the rich who don't need to care about the price. Also the parking for this place is abysmal. They have a parking lot that is being taken up with rusty bulk items. While they are neat to look at the seem better places in metal scrapyard. Most parking for this place is street parking and it's a very small street. This place could be so much better with a few tweaks to their business.

Last time I went, the second half of the store seems to be some "booths," sort of like the Design Archives on Front Street. I didn't like some of those items as much - not necessarily to my taste - but I still browsed, and I think that makes the store more enjoyable for people with all kinds of asethics. They even held the piece for me while I figured out my schedule to pick up the piece. I love what I bought, and saw many other high-quality (and well-priced!) items in the store. The store's layout was also very attractive and well-designed, so that you could imagine how each piece would look in your house.
