Then at the very back in the ninjago ride. It reminds me of Toy Story Mania where it's interactive and you try to hit bad guys. The kids love it. Mine ended up riding it three times. This is one of those rides that I think they expected to be super popular (and maybe it was when it first opened) so you have to wind through a long line to get to the start. I don't think it's worth waiting over thirty minutes, but luckily when we were there the wait times ranged from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. The 3D glasses give me a bit of a headache, but this ride is more for the kids. I still can't figure out the sensors, but I'm not a great shot anyways. Then the ride exits to a gift shop so the kids can ask for everything in the store. There also seems to be a food truck in the Ninjago area, but I never saw it open. I wish it was, because the one thing I found lacking in this park was a diversity of food.

It sits two people per row. The wait-time varies through-out the day. In the early morning and evening, typically the wait time is less than 5 minutes, however, during the day, the wait time can get up to 60 minutes. I'd recommend riding this ride a few times early morning. It's relatively quick, maybe less than 30 seconds for the entire ride. You'll need to store your items before getting on the ride. The ride has several drops and turns. Your picture is also captured at the end of the ride! You can get a digital photo pass for 2 days, $30.00.

I saw one mom sitting with two sons (9-11 years maybe) and one son was so scared with tears in his eyes and his mom told him to stay and enjoy. I just wanted to go and slap that mom and take her son out and wait with him. No child should be forced to go on this ride if they are afraid. My son really wanted and was so excited all the way before. But then during the ride he kept yelling "I want out of it!", he was very scared and said it was too fast to enjoy.

They stagger when you get in so you can get your picture with the lego ferrari. Then they give you wheels so you can build your own car. It's a very similar idea to the car racing in the Imagination building, but here they have an abundance of wheels being given out, whereas at the Imagination building it is just one grumpy person who had you write on a sheet the time you "checked out" the wheels, but then never marks when you check them back in (I guess there are pretend repercussions.) There's even a little Duplo area where you can build cars. My younger son who is three had a blast there. They were really good about watching to make sure kids with legos didn't try to takeover the dupo area. They have ramps with jumps and one racing ramp. There's also a virtual race simulator that takes a picture of your car and races it on the wall in front of you. I thought it was cool, my children did not and returned to racing their physical cars. At the end they give you a button. I only wish they made this place bigger since it is so popular. Otherwise, if you have kids that like racing, this is a can't miss.

The lack of stirrups adds to the excitement, but the motorcycle like sissy bar keeps you tightly locked against the saddle horn so if you dare you can raise your hands and scream as loud as you can without any fear of being bucked off. You get to into the Chima boat which has water cannons on both sides that you pump the roaring handle with one hand and aim with the other. You don't really shoot any objects on the ride but rather can shoot the other boats on the course, people walking by or those who are manning the stationary cannons to shoot the riders. Depending on the angle you are at the mercy of the outside shooters or other boats but than a gain that angle will reverse itself along the course so you can get them soaked! Bring a poncho of you don't want to get soaked. The seats of the boats are usually wet right as you get on so your butt will be wet no matter what.

If this is your first time at the Legoland Florida location, you should try to squeeze in time to ride the Merlin Challenge. It's a kiddie ride that goes in a circle, up and down relatively quickly. If you get easy motion sickness, this ride may cause you to feel slightly ill. It's a quick wait time, typically less than 15 minutes to get on the ride. It's right across from the dragon coaster. There are plenty of tables located in the shade if you wanted to wait for friends or family to ride Merlin Challenge. It's a fun ride though. You can see other rides like this one at different theme parks.
