I thought that Lotherington's did an excellent job on my wedding flowers. They were so fresh and beautiful- and delivered in lots of time. The only thing I was a tad disappointed with was the centrepieces. The vases were expensive (but she told me that upfront and told me to look elsewhere, but I couldnt find any) and they were not all the same vase, which makes it harder for me to resell. Also, they were supposed to be filled with bear grass- but it was very sparse in some. The bridesmaids bouquets were a tad different, but still beautiful and I am not fussy. My bouquet was absolutely stunning. So pleased! I would suggest asking them to trim the stems a tad- they were long. But Kelly was great, she offered so many awesome suggestions and made beautiful flowers when id dint even have a clue what i wanted. I would highly suggest here!! read more

My sister in law was married this past weekend. The flowers arrived and where already dying. There where fake flowers mixed in when they where told explicitly no fake flowers. We called the shop to find out what was going on, the girl working Kelly, was the girl that did the work, was very rude, also she claimed this is what the bride ordered and that, that type of rose, looks like that due to being very fragile. In the end they took the flowers back, and removed the fake flowers. They did nothing about the dying / wilted roses. Tuesday we ended up going into see the store manager, he told us he had only been told brief details of the issue, but told ous they did in fact mess up with the flowers being damaged. He did apologize, but then went on to make nothing but excuses for his employee and the store. read more

I ordered 3 roses for Valentine's Day on Saturday and asked them whether I can pick up at 3pm on Sunday. Their staff told me someone will be there. However, I was mad on Sunday afternoon, because no people there. I was so upset on that moment. So dishonest！Never will go again. read more
