We, (an elementary school PAC) hired her for inflatables at 2 school functions. She did not provide what we asked for and then when we wanted a refund we had to endure months of excuses and lies from her about where the refund was. Thankfully Visa got our deposit back for us and we were able to book another company for our event. We heard she no-showed or ruined events at a bunch of other schools. She lives in our neighbourhood and we are blown away that she keeps screwing people over with no consequences. DO NOT HIRE HER, THIS IS YOUR WARNING.

The night before it called for rain the next day, so she reached out and said no matter what we will make something fun and make things work. It did not rain in my area. I kept reassuring that of her and sending her pictures all morning. It wasn't raining and did not rain. She decided to go tear down another event and failed to show up with my rental. I had over a dozen eight year olds, disappointed at a birthday party. It was pretty devastating. That evening she offered me it for another day during the summer to make things right. I provided a few dates and we went with what worked best for her! With Months notice. so here we are having a big end of summer party with all the returning kids from the birthday party. And it happens again! Didn't show and was stuck at another event. I absolutely could not believe this was happening again! Another big load of disappointed children after the embarrassment and disappointment of what happened before to try to make it right and here we are again. I was completely disgusted with this company's customer service.

The prices are pretty high, and we received smaller tables than we had ordered. Our complaint about this was brushed aside. Would not recommend. We would try one of the many other places in town. --As an update, the owner did contact us to follow up on my negative review... He does genuinely seem to care about his customers and the quality of service at his company!
