Once inside a nicely furnished dining area greeted us. We ordered the "black" house special fried rice with chicken and shrimp that was perfectly seasoned. The Taiwan chicken was also good with a slight hint of lemon grass. The wonton soup was not my favorite, though the wontons were small and tasty, the broth was bland. Note that you have to order white rice separately, it is not included with any platter. It is definitely not fast food. We had to wait a little for our food to be prepared, but it was worth it. My husband ordered what was shown on the menu as seared tuna however he received overly cooked, gray tuna that tasted as if it had been reheated after having spoiled. When we complained the waiter simply stated that is how they serve the dish and walked away. The ox tail was hard and did not fall off the bone. The pork was dry and overcooked. And, the prices were exuberant considering the poor quality of the food. All in all, every dish seemed preheated, overcooked, and just plain awful.
