Wow where to start.... Couple of days in after visiting several yoga studios in the Stuart area I knew Lotus Loft was my perfect fit ! Being new to yoga I found the teachers extremely warm, accessible and most of all held great knowledge in their teaching abilities and practice. The new studio located west of the New Palm City Bridge is a great location if you live in Stuart, Palm City, Hobe Sound or are coming off the turnpike or 95 from any direction. Lotus Loft is a wonderful place to get an amazing workout. Yoga is not all that is offered. There is such a large variety of classes from beginner classes to hard core intense exercise. The hours are great if you need to get in before or after work there are so many classes to pick from. The best part is the instructors. They are well trained and passionate about what they do. Lotus Loft is the best yoga studio I have ever attended. Fantastic instructors, welcoming and non-judgemental environment, and great music! I was prescribed an expensive and cumbersome knee brace due to a medical problem, and since switching from traditional gym workouts to yoga, I no longer need the brace and am pain free!
