Lotus Loft is one of the most welcoming studios I have found. Studio is beautiful and spotless! The owner has excellent taste and has a beautiful boutique featuring many local vendors ( Dana Lou and Jiva) as well as name brand attire such as Spiritual Gangster. Class selection is excellent and the instructors are the absolute best! Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned "Yogi" you will find your peace in this space. Namaste read more

As and 9 year Yogi veteran, I cannot sing the praises of this place enough. I practice in New York City with some of the most advanced yogis in the world and I cannot believe how much I've actually learned at the studio in such a short amount of time. They are so welcoming to everyone and the studio is just magnificent. It's kept very clean. The instructors are amazing. Andrea blows most of the instructors I have taken in my nine years of practice out of the water. She is absolutely fantastic! She is incredibly accommodating to all levels. As with all the teachers. If you're beginner intermediate or advanced this is the place to take your practice. I'm so glad I found a home studio down here in Florida. read more

It's a little hard to find considering it's inside and upstairs so don't be afraid to ask someone, the staff is very welcoming. The facility itself is kept very clean. I did hot yoga and the class was instructed very well by Andrea with many variations to suit every yogi in the class. At the end they give you a cool wet towel which is so refreshing, this is the first yoga studio I've been to that does this. Very nice. read more

From the moment you start combing the stairs, you will feel the energy of the space. LL is warm( no pun intended) and inviting. There are a variety of different classes, so you can challenge yourself in many ways(try bootie barre or hot boot camp). Each instructor brings their own light and joy in to your practice. It certainly never gets boring. Whether you are local or visiting, Lotus Loft is a must! Thank you Andrea for bringing this magical place to us. read more

The park is also home to the Martin County Ocean Recue Headquarters. The soft sand and clean water along with all of the amenities makes this a great spot for enjoying a peaceful beach day. I loved seeing all of the sea turtle nests on the beach. I hope the little guys make it to their ocean home.

I remember the Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center fondly from my childhood, and it's good to see…read morethat they've expanded on their property for a nice little afternoon outing. Admission is $20 for adults, with child and military discounting. There's a lot of outdoor walking space around the main lake/lagoon where you can see the nurse sharks and sea turtles amongst the many other fish there. The weather was really nice the day we went, so we took a stroll through the nature trails. They are mostly boardwalk trails with a few covered stops with benches. The main trail is a 1 mile loop but there is also a 1/3 mile loop that is good for kids. The main trail will take you to the Indian River Lagoon for some nice storefront views! The main building has some cool artwork made of reclaimed beach litter that makes you really think about proper waste disposal. There's also a few tanks with cool fish and such to see. The entire center has a few different spaces for bathrooms that are easy to access. I'd recommend coming here for a nice day in the fresh air and sunshine to enjoy the flora and fauna of Florida!

Wow where to start.... Couple of days in after visiting several yoga studios in the Stuart area I knew Lotus Loft was my perfect fit ! Being new to yoga I found the teachers extremely warm, accessible and most of all held great knowledge in their teaching abilities and practice. The new studio located west of the New Palm City Bridge is a great location if you live in Stuart, Palm City, Hobe Sound or are coming off the turnpike or 95 from any direction. Lotus Loft is a wonderful place to get an amazing workout. Yoga is not all that is offered. There is such a large variety of classes from beginner classes to hard core intense exercise. The hours are great if you need to get in before or after work there are so many classes to pick from. The best part is the instructors. They are well trained and passionate about what they do. Lotus Loft is the best yoga studio I have ever attended. Fantastic instructors, welcoming and non-judgemental environment, and great music! I was prescribed an expensive and cumbersome knee brace due to a medical problem, and since switching from traditional gym workouts to yoga, I no longer need the brace and am pain free!
