Honestly the work being done is okay but the people are horrid. I've had my nails done by both Kay and Lisa now and both girls were beyond rude. Kay cut me ( I was bleeding) and she didn't even say sorry until the manager told her to. I decided to give the place on more chance just to have Lisa explain to me that my request was a waste of products. Once again a conversation broken up by the manger up front stepping in. 100 bucks for nails and a pedicure to be yelled at and treated like I'm an inconvenience is crazy. read more

I love coming to have a great nail treatment. Staff are friendly and relaxed. That's something needed when you want to get your mani-pedi on!! They've changed the regular polish showcases to include a wide range of various nail powders. That looks very professional! My stylist is Hanna, who has the nicest and gentle hands. Super friendly, too! She did a great job! If you go to the Lotus Nail & Spa on Rt. 100, ask for Hanna. You won't be disappointed. I will be returning for another great experience! read more

The guy did a great job. He did seem angry, though. He rough filed me the whole time, even without anything on my nails (kinda felt like scratching a chalkboard for a while). He tossed away my fingers with the ferocity a gay man would toss his fake hair flip if they weren't where he wanted them. But like I said... they look good. ‍ The place was nice. Went once and never again!! I wish I could give it zero stars!!! Had an appt and my pedicure was great and on time. However, my powder manicure I was put with another tech. Not a word. Just pawned off to another nail tech. Whom ignored me at first because he was with another customer. Once I was finally acknowledged, this guy proceeded to tell inappropriate jokes and talk politics. He had another customer and made me soak my nails in acetone in a bowl for 40 minutes!! My skin actually was sore from the amount of time it was in the acetone. My fingers were pruned. He joked it off and made me feel like I was being a baby. I said I've been getting my nails done for probably 40 years now and I've never had my nails soaked off in a bowl for 40 minutes. I asked if it could be wrapped in cotton and foil and he said no. It was absolutely ridiculous. As I said, this was my first time at the salon. I usually go to another salon and all he did is make comments how my nails were way too thick. And that's why it took so long for the powder to come off. I called BS on that! Once he finally started to take care of me in between his other customer and me he started filing them so much to the point where they were actually sore. My nailbeds were red. My nails actually had file marks once he finally got done. Absolutely horrible! Then the next day, my nails started breaking because they were too THIN!!!! I didn't even bother going back to complain because it seems like a factory at this place. Getting in as many customers as you can and getting them out. No real friendly reception at the front desk. Just awful. And to think this was a recommended salon!! Never again!!! read more

Just moved from CA to FL a month ago and needed to get some pampering. This is my 2nd visit and I really like it! The girl I go to is Yvette, but I'm sure everyone is great. The first time I got almond nude pink dip nails.. turned out lovely! They didn't lift or chip for 3 weeks and now my second time coming I got square nude brown with some glitter dip. I'm very pleased with them. I love having polished natural that are classic. These are it. They also have a punch card system where your 10th service has $10 off! BEWARE..I have been going here for over a year. But lately I have noticed that the volume of customers has impacted their hygiene standards. And sure enough I and a friend both developed toe nail fungus in the last month. We have ONLY used Lotus for our pedicures. I have never gotten a nail fungus and am, very hygiene conscious. Very disappointed in last 2 visits and had been extremely pleased with this business since they opened. Made appointment with JJ, who is fabulous. I have issues with ingrown nails and she's so knowledgeable with taking care of them. Last 2 visits, even though I had an appointment, she's been busy. I was given an option of waiting 30+ minutes or using another tech. I used another tech and now after 3 pedicures I'm off to my podiatrist to get three toenails cut out. Been coming here since they opened for pedicures and i never leave disappointed . The only nail place i have found thats not super expensive and i leave with great results, and I'm super picky about my pedicures since i pay $60-$80 for the highest pedicures they have to get the full experience!
