I rents my first tux here for my sister's wedding (16yrs ago), and keeping coming back to get my suits fitted. Waxman offers a truly old school approach to formal wear. You'll receive a level of service and an experience that you just can't find in the age of one size fits all. I'd certainly recommend Waxman's for either a tux rental or suit fitting.

The good: Incredible service! The personnel was very helpful and patient with us. They showed us a variety of combinations. They also know their stuff. Although the personnel was kind of young, they were very nice and professional. While one person's choice was done (we were renting two suits), someone started taking the measurements, not wasting time. The bad: Changing room is very bland. Wallpaper of changing room was coming off (or previously pulled off). No one told me to join them again for measurements out of changing room, so I was waiting there like a fool for a while, and didn't feel "right" to leave my stuff unattended. But the bad are overshadowed by the great service and professionalism of the staff. Will go there for my own wedding later this year.

They could not make change for $7.16. They only had a $5 in the drawer and said I could take 20 dimes or "eat the two dollars". The employee literally told me that. They claimed it was Sunday so all the banks were closed. But a store like Brandy Melville doesn't have money in the store that they open with? It was noon. Every retail business or restaurant I've ever worked for has a "bank" in the register to start the day. It was like actual cash was something they'd never seen before. Finally a different employee found 8 quarters so I took it and left.
