Well.. there was a-lot of construction outside and the building is tucked around the corner so we definitely had to search for it. There was only one barber in there. My husband asked for a skin fade, and he said they didnt do those even though it is not stated online. My husband does give the barber alot of freedom with some guidelines, but over all he didnt care for the hair cut. It was to long all over. It was a cheap hair cut at $25, and we still tipped $10 but it really wasnt what we were looking for. And he was covered in hair when we left which wasnt ideal. read more

I don't know the name of the gentleman that cut my hair but it was truly a delight. This is a classic, old school style barber shop. As the other review mentions, yes hair cutting and conversation generally did not go hand in hand. For me, the pause of conversation is nice for two reasons, one they are not a 'super clips' type haircut mill (fast, low quality cut, then "next!") and two, most people tend to move their head when they talk. These fellas here want you to leave happy with your cut, I appreciate a lull for a quality set of locks. They also finish with a straight razor, which is really the only way to end it in my opinion. I live 3 hours away from here in Fernley and I will literally make the drive every couple of weeks for this level of dedication to the seemingly dying art of barber tradecraft. Go here. read more

Good haircuts at a good price. Often busy so plan on waiting. If you are in a hurry do not talk. Talking and hair cutting do not occur at the same time, it is either/or. they remember you after a few times so you do not have to keep explaining what you want. read more
