Brought in an evening gown and was worried as the hemming required a lot of work and a train. She did an amazing job with the hemming, the dress lays beautifully, and she had it done in two weeks! Did a great job with dry cleaning and alterations. She was very quick with measurements, which made me a little uneasy. But, she had a certain confidence about her, although her accent was kind of hard to understand (hint). Anyways had a red drink spilled on my white dress shirt and the stain is completely out. Had sleeves shortened and tightened on two shirts and some pants hemmed/pressed/cleaned. Everything came back fitting good. Very reasonable pricing and I got the stuff back in a week. With a sudden death in the family, Louis Tailoring provided extremely prompt service in tailoring my suit for the out-of-state funeral. While not the norm, Myong got my suit finished in just over 1 day allowing me to meet my travel schedule. This Jackass had my car towed after only being in his lot for 15 minutes. He only has one sign posted and it was obstructed by 2 other cars at the time. They must be his because they weren't towed. A $20 dollar ticket ain't enough, you have to make me pay $17 for a taxi and $160 for a tow. Apparently he gets a kick out of ripping off people that can barely afford it. I should sue. You can't enforce a sign that is obstructed. read more

BAD BUSINESS ALERT: Appleton and Fox Valley Friends. Last night I went to throw darts and the parking lot of the pub was full so I parked at the business next door, Louis Tailoring. Louis Tailoring was closed and they have a large parking lot so I parked in the far back so not to be in the way of anything. About one hour later a friend stopped in to watch Dart League and parked in the same area. We left around 9:45 pm (total stay in the lot: 2 1/2 hrs) to find out the owner of Louis Tailoring (KEVIN MURPHY) had our trucks towed...(nice "small business" model). I guess he has the legal right to do this but I believe it was out of a "ANTI-BUSINESS MODEL" and a dispute with the pub owner. NOTE: I have never parked in this lot before. I had no malice in my action of parking in this lot but I guess I am now a victim of this business owner's angry personality. No sign saying "NO PARKING" but again it is his property so he has the right to have you towed. I have done a little background searching and I guess this is a common practice of Louis Tailoring (KEVIN MURPHY) and he always calls A&W Towing. A&W Towing gets $236.25 CASH to get your vehicle back. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANIES!!! read more

I have had an absolute nightmare dealing with this business, I do NOT recommend you go here. it took over 1 month and 5 visits by me just to take a couple inches off the bottom of my dress. the first time I went they were open, but the tailor was not there so I had to come back to get the measurements. then one month later I came back for my 3rd visit to pick my dress up (on the exact date they said it would be done) and it wasn't done. they apologized and promised me it would be done by Monday, so I went back Monday and guess what? IT WASN'T DONE. she forgot...again. She said she could do it while I waited (it would only take her 15 minutes) but I didn't have time to wait. so now I'm going back in a few days to pick it up and let's pray it's done! it should not take 5 visits and more than a month to HEM A DRESS!
