What a terrible experience! Rude or incompetent sales people. I had a lady who initially helped me but had to continue asking for help for every question I had- very simple questions at that. I needed someone who spoke English but she had an extremely difficult time understanding anything I said. I had to be passed on a male sales associate to complete my purchase. We wanted to look at once more item the case next to the register to possibly add, he quickly got annoyed and threw the pouch as he took it out!! We barely have been handed over to this jerk! The audacity! Düsseldorf Louis Vuitton needs to be taught manners and what customer service is- including the manager!!!! He is definitely not running a good crew here. Terrible service with some attitude. Been standing outside for one and a half hour to get in. The door guy is just doing the job but the lady, who assumed to be the manager, had been talking and laughing to her colleagues and never gave any estimate time of waiting or whatsoever to the people standing outside. I was trying to keep calm and it was cold so I was "calm" anyways...some other people went to knock the door in rage but the staff looked even much angrier, I do not understand German but I could know from the volume that was not satisfied. To be honest nobody has the passion to still buy things or even to walk into the store if you keep them waited like almost two hours. Even though I was going to buy a pair of shoes which have been decided before I sat in the line, I left. Thank you for saving me the money and I will try to choose other brands next time. read more

This Louis Vuitton was recently remodeled and is now greater than it was before. I had absolutely no complaints before, but now I am in love. On multiple levels you can find an array of all their finest things. The ladies' apparel section upstairs is just divine. The sales staff speaks great English and can even help you source products over the phone. I've visited this place more times than I needed to, and had consistently great service. Of my visits, one was particularly memorable. We were in Dusseldorf for the weekend with our 90 lb golden retriever. I had to make a purchase and asked my husband and dog to wait outside. Because I could not make up my mind and it started to rain outside, I kindly asked the salesperson if it were okay for my husband to bring our dog into the store. Not only did she say "but of course!", she readily had giant dog treats in her LV employee wallet/purse. Our dog was heaven, if only he knew he was being fed dog treats in a Louis Vuitton store, in Germany, by a pretty blonde lady. Talk about culture shock! This was one of the most memorable moments while living in Europe. How can I give any less than 5 stars? read more

Worst LV I've ever been to. Not enough staff and young girls working the front entrance with attitude. I witnessed one of the girls telling an elderly gentleman that he needed to have patience when he asked for his place in line. We walked out after seeing this. LV really needs to train their staff with better customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and drive the 50 km to Köln. Much nicer and accommodating sales people here. read more

Horrible shopping experience. Came in with my husband. Dressed as the tourists that we were. Greeted very nicely by the door "person" upon entering, asked to return to him if I needed assistance after looking around. I did return, he was busy with a fellow co-worker, ignored me for a while. I interrupted and asked for assistance but was told he would place me on the wait list. Bad idea, but ok, fine. Log me in. I asked how long would the wait be, about 20 minutes. My husband took a seat in the back as I walked around for maybe 20 minutes, noticing several employees not attending to clients. I had seen all items in the store, so I knew what I needed, and joined my husband. We sat there for an additional 20 minutes. The store became busier, with people arriving and being assisted immediately, receiving beverages and shown products. I've shopped at these stores in Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Paris, San Diego, although they're all less than friendly, this location was awful. Go online and place your order there, it's much friendlier than these people ever will be. read more
