This review is for the restaurant of Louis Vuitton not the store front. The restaurant is located down the block around the corner from the main store in Milan. For the restaurant you must make reservations online they do not accept walk ins. The service is very on point and the chef even came Out to check on us. The reception was a bit rude as we came early and they expected us to stand in the freezing cold until it was our reservation time Menu was small on options and definitely not what we expected taste or portion wise The best was the pasta that required a bib due to the sauce which tasted wonderful and the pasta was cooked Al dente Caviar appetizer was a flop as they didn't let us know it was first fried which takes away from the caviar The cost is high for what you get but when you make the reservation they charge your card immediately. It was a dirty, chaotic store. I won't recommend it. I bought a purse there as a gift to myself, but it caused a lot of headaches. Checking out took over 30 minutes, almost missed my tour bus. It took multiple staff, managers, and supervisors to get my receipt printed as their computer was having problems. I asked for a tax refund form, which they gave me. My Tax refund form was messed up because they don't know how (Global Blue) works! Unfortunately, I can't get my tax refund, which is a good amount. When I got back to the US, as I waited for my tax refund, I found out that the transaction had been canceled (by the way, my credit card was charged) and so I won't be getting it since the transaction was canceled. So I am unable to get the tax refund. I called to get help with the store, and a manager called after a week. I was promised a refund, but they wanted a SWIFT code to wire the money. My bank doesn't have a swift code, but my husband's does, so I asked if they could wire it to his account. I even emailed a signed document saying it's okay to wire my husband's other bank account. I haven't heard from them in over a week. I keep trying to get in touch with the manager (Nicholas), but he won't reply. They ghosted me, I bought this purse in July 2023. It's almost mid-October, just in time for Halloween. From a luxury brand, I never expected such treatment and problems. read more

I think everyone goes to this location because it is near the Duomo, but there's another LV location about 5 minutes further up. The store is 3 floors and the staff was okay. They weren't rude or super attentive either. I wasn't offered a beverage and they weren't handling the bags with white gloves either. They have a lot if merchandise to look for which is nice. read more

I was on vacation, and I was excited to bring home some Italian goodies to my relatives back home I first walked into the first floor shop and quickly noticed it was all men's merchandise, I asked where the woman's handbag department was, and the sales female sales associate motioned up, which I figured meant upstairs. The woman did not verbally state upstairs, just motion. FIRST RED FLAG. I then proceeded up the escalator to the woman's handbags, giddy as can be. I see the store and notice it's rather small (although larger than most of the shops in the "mall") however the size didn't matter because my first impression they had quite a good selection displayed. As I entered the store, I started to scan the displayed merch. I walked throughout the entire store to see if anything caught my attention. Unfortunately, it was not the beautiful designer goods that caught my eye but the SECURITY GAURD who proceed to follow myself (Hispanic) and my friend (Indian) throughout the store. Every turn we made he made, I brushed off his rudeness and then proceeded back to the back of the store where I had seen a beautiful Black Tote I wanted to try for size. As I got to the end, I noticed a Staff member finishing up with a client. The staff member was offering to order the client a handbag, the client, and shortly after the client left. I then saw my chance to approach the staff member, because nobody had greeted me during the 10-15 minutes I was in the store. I walked up and asked, "Hi, there, can I ask a question?" WHAT THE STAFF MEMBER DID THEN IS WHEN THINGS WENT SOUTH. The staff member turned her eyeballs to me, no expression on her face, moved them to the security guard ad the directed them back to me. She then walked over to where I was and stated, "I'm waiting to talk to my coworker, but you can go ahead and ask your questions, HURRY UP." I look at the woman so dumbfounded and baffled, I have never been treated so poorly or as if I was unwelcomed. After I got over the shock of what the staff member said I told her "pffff, wow, you're NOT going to get my sale, no way," and proceeded to exit. AS I EXITED, the security guard trailed directly after me, parallel to me; so on the opposite of the store. I walked up to him and asked: "excuse me, is there a reason why you have bee following me this whole time?" He didn't speak, but he started to give me attitude I Italian tongue. I asked again because I was furious, he the move he heads side to side and said "cosa? cosa?" I then hear "is there a problem?" and another security guard (whom I haven't seen) is now approaching. I was searching for a purse the first sales lady I saw didn't understand the type of purse I wanted and she pointed me in the direction of someone else to talk to. That person was ignoring me because he was engraving something, so I can't blame him. I went back to the first lady I spoke with and then showed her the picture on my phone. She said now talk to this person and pointed her out. Well, the new sales lady was finishing up with her client and I asked her about the purse and not but 5 seconds later greeted 3 new people at the door and asked them what they needed..... Worst Louis Vuitton I have ever been to. I have been a loyal customer to this brand but after how I was treated at this store I am rethinking my loyalty. I waited twenty minutes for a salesperson and when I asked a woman she rudely told me that she was with a client. Then, I waited some more time but when Asian tourists walked through the door salespeople flocked to them and asked if they needed anything. When a woman finally helped me after I tracked one down, she said "I don't know" to my basic questions and said "I don't know" to when I asked if she knew someone who could answer my question. Also, since I was leaving Italy the next day, I had a bit of cash on me that I wanted to get rid to avoid having euros. I was told I could not do a split payment if I only bought one item.
