I bought a belt and purse at the Champ Elysee store. The salesperson gave me the wrong size belt. It was a graduation gift for my son. I tried to exchange the belt at my local store U.S. but they said I needed to try in the EU. Fortunately I had a vacation planned to Lisbon. The manager and sales rep were extremely difficult and after 30+ minutes, they finally pulled up my profile and exchanged the belt for the proper size. The clerk in France also failed to reprint my friend's tax free form after she changed her mind and bought a different pair of glasses than the ones she reserved. She could not get a refund for the glasses or purse. I will not be returning to a Louis Vuitton store. read more

The service at this location is impeccable. I think her name was Karla? She was very patience with us. My sister couldn't decide on the bag and was back and forth. Also, she suggested a bag to me that wasn't even in my radar. I usually have an idea what I want to see and possibility purchase beforehand. I absolutely love my bag. The 3 of us end up buying 4 bags. Also, I want to point out that there was no wait or waitlist. When I was at the Florence location in 2022, I had to wait 45 minutes to be served and I told the rep that I know what I'm purchasing and it will be a quick sales/transaction. Nope, I waited 45 minutes. To sum it up, they offered us to deliver the bags to our hotel for free, so we don't have to. There was no way we can carry 2 large shopping bags around and we would have to go back to the hotel. Saved us time and we can continued to explore Paris. Great service! read more

The sales staff here were very friendly. They greeted us with champagne while we looked at the merchandise. They did not have the item we were looking for (a limited edition cherry blossom wallet) so they directed us to another Louis Vuitton store. We saw their very special white crocodile wallet that was stunning, only 6,500 Euros! read more

I came out satisfied with my purchases. The Laotian lady who helped me was very attentive and a good salesperson. I planned to just buy one but came out with two large pieces and one small wallet. She was very thorough in explaining the tax refund process. I am thankful and happy I got the required souvenir for women who are in Paris :) read more

Knowing I wanted to purchase in Paris, I made an appointment in advance at another location. The day before my appointment I looked for an earlier appointment and found this location and booked it. Within a couple hours, Jade Louis, my customer service person, sent me a message via WhatsApp to introduce herself and the requirements needed for my purchase (VAT) and asked if there were specific things I was looking for. I gave her a list. I messaged her that I was early and she was able to assist me. She found the bags I wanted and gave me some options and choices. This was also my daughter's first bag and she was beaming. The service was great. There was no line outside and people walked right in. There was someone to direct you or check in for your appointment or request service. And to make it easier, she had our purchases delivered to our hotel! Excellent service. read more

My daughter and I had the best experience. My personal shopper Donya was very kind and patient. She started off serving us tea and espresso a then asked questions to get a feel the designer bags we were looking for. She brought out several bags and we could try them on . 4 stars not because of the wait outside (approx 1.5 hrs) but because of waiting inside. Over an hour until we were seated with someone. 5+ stars for Ava! She was absolutely wonderful and when I almost walked out the door because I felt I wasn't special enough to be here, that I didn't look "rich" enough. She made my first Louis Vuitton buying experience amazing. She took the time to help me look at purses and explained each one and showed me different ways to wear it. She TOOK the time to make me feel like I belong there and didn't rush me at all. I absolutely LOVE my purchases (yes I ended up leaving with a few) and have received several compliments. Ava was not pushy or rushed me which I very much appreciated. I would've bought a few more but there's only so much space in my luggage and unfortunately, too much for me to carry back home. Great selection of purses but the worst customer service ever. I wish I could say that it only happened once but both times that I came here the service was horrendous. I came in and asked a lady for help and she told me she was just one of the greeters so she didn't help people, but not 5 minutes later I see her helping customers? She told me to sit on the couch and someone will be with me shortly... I waited 30 minutes on that damn couch and no one helped me, so I got up and asked for help... again. Why does LV like to hire the most useless pretentious workers? It doesn't bode well for you guys... anyways, after having to flag down help, I was able to check out 2 bags. One of the bags was scratched all over and the salesman was really trying to sell it to me and tell me that it was brand new. Are you kidding me?? I was not born yesterday. Honestly, the sales people were so incompetent and rude. I suggest going to the Lafayette or Champs Elysees location! Much better service. read more

Gorgeous store but they are completely understaffed! Luckily they let you look at handbags on display. This place was packed and I had an 1 1/2 hours to shop. Super annoyed when they told me it would be a minimum of 30 minutes until someone could help me. This store def gets 3 stars but I gave this store 4 stars because of my sales person. Frederic ended up helping me and he was incredibly helpful, spoke great English, sincere, and very knowledgeable. If i could I would give him 5 stars. We had a great experience at Louis Vuitton, Montaigne boutique. The store has great selection, but what really made our experience great was our sales consultant, Stephane H. Stephane is very attentive to what we are looking for and best of all, he greets us with a warm and down to earth friendly attitude. He totally changed my expectation of some snobbish attitude from some sales associates from a luxury boutique. He was patient and never push for a sales. With Stephane's assistance, we purchased what we are looking for and will come back again in the future. read more

My favorite Vuitton in all of Paris. I don't understand why people want to wait in long lines just to gain entrance at the flagship location on the Champs Élysées. If you're truly in the market for a bag, this line and hassle free location is for you. The sales people at this location are über helpful. The wonderful sales associate was more than happy to call other stores when she realized that the suitcase in Epi leather was sold out at Ave. Montaigne. She called several stores before tracking it down at Galleries Lafayette. they also offer a variety of refreshments while you shop including champagne on sterling silver Vuitton coasters! Everything about Vuitton exudes luxury. Also, buying Vuitton in Paris is the smart thing to do because of the VAT tax back and because it is cheaper in Paris than in the US. We have purchased a total of 4 bags here (2 Neverfulls, 1 Alma, and 1 suitcase) and have been thrilled with each and every one of them. I love Paris because it satisfies my baguette, pan chocolat and Vuitton cravings and why I have returned two years in a row! read more

Gorgeous store- horrifying customer service. I only had 20 minutes between appts during fashion week so I stopped in. As I walked in a shorter gentleman in a suit made a smirk towards me asking if I needed help then explained to him what I was looking for. He quickly passed me on to another gentleman in a sweater who showed me the bags - none were the GM size I wanted so I thanked him then walked back towards the door to leave. I of course stumble across the size of bag I wanted in the travel section and kindly wave to the first gentleman in the suit to help me. He sightly rolls his eyes and asks what I want. I ask for the prices and then quickly decide I'll take the bag. Granted they sell bags way more than this, I was still spending 1200€ in a the 10 mins I'm there. When I say I'll take it it was as if I hugely inconvenienced him taking him away from I'm sure the exciting conversation he was having w his colleague. Then makes me move to 3 different stations to pay. He rushes off w my passport and American Express then comes back with the bag and kinda throws it on the table saying thank you at the same time. I requested a box bc it is a gift and then got another sign and eye roll... then says just a second. A minute later comes back and rolls his eyes down and gives me the bag. I have spent thousands at Louis Vuitton's before and never had such a horrible experience until this time. It's very disappointing that customers would come in and be treated so horribly while spending such a significant amount of money. I tried finding this guys name so review readers and customers would know to avoid connecting with him. The Avenue Montaigne boutique is an exquisite alternative to the overcrowded and impersonal Champs Elysees flagship store. I had the pleasure of working with a dynamic SA, named Sachiyo who made the experience memorable. Prior to my visit, she was trying to help me locate the LV Favorite MM, and Delightful PM, of which both bags were sold out worldwide. Nonetheless, her tireless efforts are beyond reproach, and anyone would be remiss if they did not visit this location.--Thank you Sachiyo for sharing Parisian hospitality. read more

Visited this store as it was the closest to my hotel. One of the two items I was shopping for was out of stock at this location but my salesperson immediately got on the phone and tracked one down for me. She was very helpful and wrapped my stuff up very nicely. read more
