For a small-ish store, this Louis Vuitton packs a lot of merchandise from bags & wallets to luggage & accessories to clothing. Unfortunately they did not have the wallet I was seeking but as opposed to most other LV stores where I am told "no" soon as I walk into the place, then end up finding the item myself, this time no was no The nice lady who was helping us even pulled the item up on their computer ( in front of me ) to confirm it was not even in their warehouse This was the very first time anyone in any LV store has offered to order something online for me & that rates bonus points alone. But for her to make the extra effort to check warehouse inventory made me a huge fan of this location Top notch service and LV items to admire. Huge fan! read more

The rudest behavior we have ever seen. My friend and I shop Louis Vuitton a lot. We have multiple bags and shoes ! My friend picked up a shoe on display and tried it on. I thought they were going to throw us in jail. The security guy came up and told us that was terrible. Told all his colleagues. We were getting the stink eye from every direction ! Scheduled an appt here a month ago to pick up the pochette and when I arrived they said it was out of stock. Then the sales lady showed me the leather double pochette which was way more then I had planned to spend but I agreed. We proceeded to close the transaction then the sales lady says "oh I'm sorry it's actually 200 more then the sticker." I was not happy, she spoke to the manager who didn't even want to see me face to face. Didn't want to honor the sticker price. Bad business Louis Vuitton. Especially for a repeat customer! read more

We wanted to buy a Louis Vuitton Estrela bag after seeing a women wearing one in Globus. The problem, it's 18:45 so the store closes soon. We walked down Bahnhofstrasse as quickly as possible and got to the store 5 minutes before closing. The guy at the door gave us the 5 minute heads up. Unfortunately, the fellow customer at Globus did not know the style of her own bag (probably had too many to remember) so it was "it has these small patches of leather and it has a strap and is kinda square, well you get it. With the clock ticking another manager brought out a book the size of a telephone book (whatever they are) and started showing us stuff. We saw things that were close so he brought in the purse expert and she asked us a few more questions, then went into the back. We had looked at all on display and nothing was even close. She comes back out, opens the bag and there it is, just what my wife was looking for. By now the doors were closed, the security guy is anxious for a cigarette, and we still need to enter the information for the VAT refund from Global Blue. Our sales associate was friendly, pleasant and efficient while preparing all the documents and taking the card. Great experience in a rushed environment since we were leaving the next morning to fly home. This takes impulse buying to a new high, at least for us! read more
