Upon entering, they had no secretary, however they had people in production in the back. Not sure if whomever was going to return shortly I lingered for about 5/6 minutes. Nothing, no acknowledgement. I -know- these people saw me. They turned and looked right at me multiple times. An unkept looking guy attended me asked what I wanted, wrote what I would like, just the basics.. as well as my contact, on a note pad and reassured that he would give it to their designer since they work from home and rarely come in. (I had an open concept, so I would preferably want to work with someone). I highlighted that I needed these at the earliest mark possible. Then he scrounged on the desk and gave me someone's card and told me to reach out to them. I called, no answer. Many times, over the course of a week for an update to see if their design guy had gotten around to it, and online was only going thru hoops. Very pitiful and terrible coming from a business that could make this community better. No, I don't recommend this company in the slightest. Go else where with your business and save your time.
