I've been happy over the last few years using Zazzle.com, however, I was definitely mistaken. I met with Kuldeep, and he took a look at my current business card, and gave me some great feedback. He worked with me, and designed two business cards that I could not select between. Kuldeep then used the attributes I liked from both cards and combined them to make the best looking business card I have ever seen!! Since I work in a field where compliance oversees much of what I do, Kuldeep was very patient with me, as we went back and forward with changes requested by my compliance department. My cards arrived within a week. And to say that I'm 100% satisfied would be an understatement. I handed my new cards out at a networking event this evening, and received some great feedback. The coLor was not matching with the branding. When lit up it was as purple instead of chocolate. Instead of fixing the problem he sent a debt collections notice with his lawyer. We notified the lawyer that it was an error on his end due to the incorrect color that needed to be fixed. The lawyer then ran away and next thing we saw, he trespassed the property and stole the sign. So beware and do not use this company. Ashley P

But onto today, and the reason for my review...I have a marketer who talks in pings or likes and tiffs who I barely understand most of the time but reasonably appreciate as a human being. Matt and Jay saved me from having to fire her today when they agreed to put in some overtime to handle an absurd corporate crisis her work had me tangled in. .** **She taught me to do that, put an emoji after a harsh statement. Siad it has an emotionally calming effect to a reader's initial response. Anyway, maybe I'll post pics of the work..maybe even before and afters for some dramatic flair, when it's all said and done. Que sera sera. I like to do business with people that come through with that magic combination of "yes, i can" and "yes, I will". Let these guys handle your creations. You won't be dissapointed. Not only was the sign painted with an off-white color, the 4x4 posts used were smaller than the contracted 6x6 size (which makes more sense given the size of the sign). The sign was NOT installed properly and began to lean. When contacted with a request to replace the posts with the contracted 6x6 posts I was told (after Ron claiming the sign was leaning because "kid's must be hanging on it") it would be taken care of. After not hearing from Ron in 4 months I attempted to check in and was rudely spoken to and hung up on. Needless to say, I do not expect the sign will be fixed.
