Because of the intricate crown molding above each window frame and door frame, it was difficult for my husband and I to do the window dressing ourselves. We went to Lowes, Home Depot, JcPenny, Target, Dillards, etc and no one had the specifications (lenght/width of rods, and length of drapes) to accommodate our needs. Luckily, after viewing Window Decor and More's (WD&M) 5 star rating, we knew this business was perfect for our wants/needs. The estimate took about two hours to do: we had 5 windows and 3 sets of doors that required drapes and a dining room that required Roman Shades. Nancy helped to guide my husband and I through the process and with selecting the fabric materials. Because it was our first time using this company, and because we got our entire house done, we were given 10% off. Nancy and David also had a payment plan that allowed us to pay 50% upfront and then the remaining was due when the drapes were installed. After placing the order, the drapes, which were custom-made, took 6 weeks to make. What would have only taken one day to complete installation, took two (each day a week a part) because the place that makes the drapes forgot to send a rod and one section of drapes. While this was not WD&M's fault, they did their best and worked their fastest to insure that we got the lost fabric ASAP and that my husband and I were satisfied to the fullest (which we are). All in all, this place is amazing and the staff is superb. The two gentlemen who came out to our place were courteous and pleasant and even enjoyed giving my kitten a couple rubs of the belly here and there.

As most of you know, half the battle is getting a contractor to show up. When we placed our order, Kevin was great at looking for ways to save us money. We were able to get our order in and combined with others so it saved on shipping. Yay! Kevin was a great communicator! And when the shutters came in he came out and did the install. We were celebrating my son's 30th birthday and my son in laws 40th birthday. We arrived, checked in and hurried to the first condo 2/ 1902. We checked it out and everything was good except the second bedroom door to the balcony did not close. My daughter and I then left to go to the second condo 2/ 601 to set up the surprise for the birthday boys. Upon arriving, we first noticed the entrance was filt. The walls were all scuffed and dirty. We proceeded to the living room to start setup. We didn't have much time to go through the entire condo because of time but when we did... oh my gosh, the carpet and wall were extremely nasty. Most of the issues were cosmetic and i knew that calling them would not fix the issue while we were there so I didn't call. We just dealt with it. On saturday morning I got up to make breakfast only to realize the number 4 on the oven didn't work so I cooked on 399. Not that big a deal. Then that night, I washed our pool towels only to find the washer did not wring the towels. They were sitting in water and I had to wring them by hand. Then I had to run the dryer 5 times just to get them dry. Once I returned home, I contacted the office just to let them know of the issues and a very sweet young lady told me she would look into the matter and that we should get some type of compensation. I never asked for anything. I was told someone would call me back. That call never came. I waited over a week and called back. I spoke to Jacob Beckham ( the manager). Who told me to send the pic I had. I did and agsin, no call back. I did receive an email from him saying he received my pics. I called several times and was always told he would call back but he was away, then it was he is too busy because of the 4th of July weekend. Then they just didnt put him on the phone. Finally I spoke to a woman name Yvonne. She was the rudest person until Jacob picked up. He was worse than Yvonne. I have never treated so bad in my entire life life. I can't even explain the anger I felt when hanging up with them. They are a horrible representation of that company and if I could speak to the owners of the condo, i would tell them to find another management company because I would never ever go back to pensa beach property. What's sad is the others have complained ab the exact same issues and still they're doing nothing about it. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
