First i wanted to say, i've been coming to this location for about 5 years now and have loved it. I wanted to include my previous review i had left on google a while ago in these pictures attached because i truly loved this laundromat and didn't want to come off bias in anyway. i just wanted to share a recent incident. At a recent trip. there are 3 machines numbered 13,14,15 with the same card readers. I used my debit card twice on one machine and once on the other two but it kept saying network error. my husband then used his card on all the machines as well, we were thinking maybe it was my card. his didn't work either and kept saying network error. after multiple attempts we ended up taking our clothes out and moving to different machines. about two minutes and before paying for the new machines. both my husband and I get alerts from our banks and see we had been charged multiple times each. keep in mind this was around 6:15am, there's no workers there that early. we tried calling the store and knocking on the doors but no one was there to assist. we still had to do laundry so we ended up paying for the new machines which those didn't have issues. come to check our statements after, I was charged $20 and my husband was charged $15. I tried calling the store and left multiple voice mails but never got a response. After speaking with other customers that same day, some actually informed me this has happened to them so they just bring cash. moving forward i will be bringing cash and i still do love the location and cleanliness of this laundromat but I do believe these machines need to be checked so other people don't lose out money. read more

I had a very frustrating experience tonight at Love Laundry around 8:00 PM on 4/7 and honestly, it was unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the attendant spoke to me in a rude and stern tone, telling me she had already cleaned the machines and warning me to be clean when using them. I explained I was using pods, she acknowledged it, but then immediately started dusting right next to me.. so close it felt intentional and uncomfortable. It was obvious she was trying to rush customers out, even though last wash is at 8:30 PM and people were still coming in at a reasonable time. There were at least 20+ people in the building, and instead of letting customers finish, she started mopping and blocking off large sections of the laundromat. This forced everyone into a cramped space on the free dry side with barely any room to move. She then got visibly irritated when people walked through areas she had mopped even when they were already dry. My dryers were in the pay dry section she blocked off, so avoiding it wasn't even possible. I also witnessed her tell another customer he couldn't be in an area while he was still folding his clothes. When he told her no other attendant treats him like that, she said she was "just trying to go home." That is not an acceptable excuse to treat paying customers poorly. On top of that, I noticed she did not treat all customers the same, which made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. I've been to other Love Laundry's and had great experiences, and even other attendants at this location have been fine. But this particular attendant consistently creates an uncomfortable environment. I've experienced it before and let it go, but this time it crossed the line. Customers should not feel rushed, disrespected, or pushed out of a business they are paying to use. Especially during posted hours. A lot of people wash in the evening because they just got off work and they deserve the same experience as the day customers. read more

Been to this West Sacramento gem a few times the place is never packed when i go, they have a very spacious floor plan a lot of big washers to get it done in no time!!! Not to mention drying is free when you wash, its a win -win situation, its always clean and smells good, they have two bathrooms which are kept up. They also offer a Drop off laundry service by the pound with a ten pound minimum, never used this service but i heard they do a great job, if your looking for a nice laundry mat i recommend this one the ladies who run it are very helpful and sweet Claudia is a awesome lady. Also forget to mention just for checking in on Yelp i was offered 2 complimentary laundry pods!!! read more

I recently stopped by this West Sac Love Laundry to wash a couple of blankets and a few loads of clothes. I had assumed that all of the Love Laundry locations would be as spacious as the photos I had seen of the Downtown locations, but this one had probably half as much floor space. That being said, there were still plenty of machines available to wash my clothes. Love Laundry has a wider variety of machine sizes than I have ever seen at any other laundromat. There were machines for 1, 2, 3, 6, 8-- and I think even 10 loads. All of the front load machines lock during use, which made it possible for me to go outside and walk around while the clothes washed, without having to worry about my things getting stolen. The machines accept cards, so quarters aren't necessary, but there are also plenty of coin change machines for those who prefer to use quarters. (Since I'm so used to using quarters, I just did so by default before realizing that I could have used my card.) Normally, I sort all of my laundry out into individual loads, but this time, I decided to try washing them all together in one of the big machines. Everything I had with me fit into a six load machine, which cost about $10 (including the price of drying). I wonder if the reviewers who complained about high wash prices factored in the fact that the drying is 'free.' In reality, it's more or less included in the price of washing. There are a few caveats to the free drying (detailed below). For those who do not want to adhere to these stipulations, there is a wall of pay-to-use dryers. At this location, there is only one temperature setting, and the free dryer can only be run for ten minutes at a time. This effectively means you have to stand there and babysit your laundry while it dries. There are signs everywhere warning customers that they may be asked to remove clothes from dryers that are less than half full. For me, this wasn't an issue, but I was thinking that it might be an issue for someone who only washed one or two loads, which would not be enough to fill the dryer halfway. Then again, no one seemed to be enforcing this rule. I watched a man start a dryer by accident, and then watch it run empty for three minutes before figuring out that he could get it to stop running by opening the door (I thought about telling him, but wanted to see how long he would take to figure it out). One of the best things about this laundromat is the location. It's surrounded by restaurants and small international markets, which I explored during the 27 minutes when my washing machine was locked. The downside to this is that there is almost no parking, because it is being used by all of the other businesses. (I happened to get very lucky, and pulled in right as the best 90 minute spot was opening up.) During my time at the laundromat, I noticed multiple customers double parking and inventing spaces of their own. As other reviewers have noted, this is a big issue. The washers and dryers were not brand new, but were well-maintained enough. All of my clothes seemed to come out clean and dry. Due to the parking situation, I would probably prefer to go to a different location in the future, but overall, this was a decent experience. read more

I used their pay by the pound laundry service to launder some bedding. This place is a SCAM!!! They called me when they were done, and I picked up the bedding already folded and placed in sealed plastic bags. I open the bags a month later to used my freshly laundered bedding only to discover they hadn't been laundered at all!!! No nice clean laundry smell, just the musky smell of dogs!!! (I have dogs that sleep with me.) The lazy staff person didn't launder the bedding! I wouldn't be surprised she just pocketed the money after NOT laundering my items... DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

The old Latino lady was on her phone and didn't help me at the counter and as the time hit 8:30 she looks at me and says the washes are closed and I can't wash.... I'm like lady you was on your phone not even working and not doing your job and all the sudden due to your fault I can't wash... Came in @ opening to do some bedding. Homeless man walked in with his filthy bedding, and put it in a dryer. He seemed not able to figure out how to use it, and moved his items from machine to machine. I hate to think about the many contaminates, it's so unsafe. Beware. read more

The woman who works the evening shift with the bald spots and thin ponytail on her head ! Is absolutely rude! No customer service about her! I load all our laundry. Go to use my tap to pay and keeps coming up declined. she is off the bathroom no where to be found to ask why. I call my bank who says is the laundromat ends. I go back in and ask her why the tap to pay isn't working she said because it stops working at 8:00 Ye they have NO SIGN informing the customer. She said I need to use my card to use. I go to my car get my card come back in she has now turned the machines at 8:20 I said it's 8:30. She just waved me off with her hands! I think she only understands very minimal English if any at all! Since she just stands there and points to her watch waving you off! So I had to pull out all my clothes with soap on them. I could not imagine having employee who had ZERO customer service! Is rude to customers! I would not not recommend this place at all as long as she works there I will be reporting the incident to her manager as well! When I asked why she was being so rude over asking a question she continued to wave me off ! I have went to this location many of times. And the employees are usually very nice. I won't be going here again and recommend others to find another location. At least hire someone who can speak and understand the basics of the English language. The husband's collar stays took down the washing machine AGAIN :( Right before New Years and we had out of town guests...UH! I'm thankful for this spot. Super clean and they take cards! Who the hell carries cash and coins during COVID??? TF? I'm not sure what Mike M. is talking about. I also came from the skecthy South Natomas location that only took coins, not very clean, so this is a step up for me! Plus the service staff was attentive and always walking around. AND I felt safe the whole time. Also, the homeless need to wash their clothes. If they have the money let them. Where do you think they wash their clothes?? I am fortunate that I have a washer and dryer regularly and was only without for about a week and a half. I typically have 4 loads. Depending on the size of your washer, the price varies. For the 3 load washer is was about $6.50 and the larger one was about $8.00. Kinda pricy, BUT the dry is free. I think they just calculate the dry into the wash price. This spot is always busy. I drive by it everyday. The folks that frequent Love Laundry wear masks, super respectful of space, and don't touch your clothes. I'm glad I had this option for me when my washer went down. I would have done my laundry at my brother's house, but then I'd be there ALL day. Getting all my laundry done at once took less than an hour and a half. Hoping I'm not in this situation very often, but when I am I'll be visiting this Love Laundry location. read more

Hmnn. I came to wash my large comforter and blanket. I chose here because there is local shopping at Goodwill that I could walk across while it was washing/drying. Parking is terrible! because it shares with too many businesses. I had to carry my stuff so far. It is small inside and even coming in the middle of a weekday, it was busy. It's also uncomfortably warm inside, granted it was 99 degrees outside. I was also shocked to see how much it cost to wash my comforter $7. I had to use my credit card on the machine and that was so hard to slide that it munched my card. My regular laundromat charged me $5.75. The upside is that it is clean inside and ample amount of benches to sit while you wait. read more

Just did some laundry and was really satisfied! I went on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn't too busy, lots of open washers and dryers. 6 load washer costs $7.75 and a 3 load washer is $4.25. Drying is free! It was pretty clean and there's free wifi. Only reason I took off a star is because the workers weren't wearing a mask, other than that I had a pretty good experience. read more

Ive only used 3 & 6 loads. 3 load is $3.75$ & 6 load is 7.00$. the 6load washer load lets you use a debit card (i think just the ones near the entrance) the rest of the washers there are all coins. they conveniently have an area to get change near the entrance though. up to 20$ bills. DRYERS; Free dry if you wash your laundry there. You have to stand by to re-start/ re-check every 10 minutes. If you go there just to dry its 25c every 10minutes, not free. There is some space to fold clothes as well. HOURS: Friday evenings are thee best time. Or if you have the chance..come right when they open(@ 6am). Love laundry is the best laundromat that hit the Sacramento region hands down. I just purchased a new washer/dryer, gave my old ones to my brother. I had to find a laundromat, found Love Laundry and was highly impressed. Very CHEAP. the prices on the wash machines are CHEAP, they have long wash cycles, hot water available with no fee charges, they accept major credit cards and most importantly APPLE PAY. ( how convenient ) with everything going on and the pandemic I was skeptical on how clean it would be but wow while I was there the attendant was sanitizing and keeping the place very clean. Shockingly, the inside of the washers were clean and the place is just great. If there's any complaints about this laundromat, either it was a bad day or the customer is just hard to please. They have a wash and fold service and I was conversing with the employee how I was crunch for time and she explained to me about the service so I decided to let her finish my clothes and bedding. Typically, they weigh the clothes before it's in the washer so you can get a price and it goes by pound, same day or next day, next day is cheaper. I just needed my clothes folded, so they were dryed and when I picked up they were folded, packaged--super cheap, it's a luxury service and I will be back again. It's good to know this wash and fold service exists, I didn't even know. My clothes smelled good and I didn't have to refill and I will be back because I'm pleased with the cleanliness of the facility, nice employees and a1 quality work. read more

I will never go to another laundromat besides love laundry. I use there drop off service and if I have one load or less I'll typically use there one loaders. It's safe, spacious, cheap and they play a good selection of music. The laundromat is fully attended during all business hours and they keep it clean. They have WiFi, detergent for sale and cold drinks. They accept debit and credit, there's lots of parking but the main reason why I go to love laundry is because there all cheap and clean with someone working on shift read more

Every time when we do laundry after 6-7pm, the staff that work late night, a short and young Mexican lady will clean and locked the women's restroom. she told me I can use the men restroom since I needed to go. I did. It has been two times since I've been there and once she finished cleaning the women restroom, she'll locked it and put it as vacant as someone is using it. The last time we were there, my man saw her locked the door and nobody was inside. I asked to go used the restroom and she said someone's inside that's why it's locked but there wasn't. Today, the same thing happened and it's July 1st 2022 @ 7:30 pm. I'm just sadden as to why she does that. read more

This place has new ownership and boy am I happy about that. I had a chance to talk to the new management, seems really down to earth, honest, and not looking to rip anyone off. It's a husband and wife team; I actually have seem them both on their knees scrubbing some horrible spots the previous people left. The old owners didn't give a flying F about the place. The old employees were horrible too, the place was always filthy. With the new owners and management, this place is the laundry mat to go to in West Sac. It's now very very clean, could probably eat off of any surface now including the restrooms. Right now they have free drying when you wash there which helps out. They have 2 new employees that really care about their job, and it shows. They have a fluff and fold service for a $1.00 per pound. You bring your clothes, they wash, dry, fold, and bag your garments. Unlike before their vending machines are actually stocked with soda and snacks, AND, it actually dispenses your soda or snack! Imagine that, you put in money, and you get what you wanted. The old ownership, didn't care, never had stock and quite often just took your money. They also installed 2 new T.V.'s to make your time fly by, also a new security system from the looks of it. It was laughable in the past, all the sensors and camera's were either broken or missing, like the previous owners didn't care if they got ripped off. read more

I love this laundromat. It is always clean and well stocked. Theres usually an attendant on duty. The large washers hold four loads $3.75 and dryers are free. Although they only run for 10minute cycles so you have to watch them. Theres goodwill, a marcado, smoke shop, candle shop, clothing store,dollar tree and plenty of food to choose from while youre doing laundry. The reason i took off a star is becauae parking sucks. There is only 4 designAted spots and its a shared parkinglot. read more

I use a laundromat very rarely, two times a year for big bedding. 1st time to Love laundry, they were really busy but I managed to find 2 washers - they were labeled 3 load and fit my double down comforter $4 a load. The space was clean and the equipment fairly new. The dryers were free which was a nice perk. I'd recommend a weekday as the weekend was packed. read more

Okay, so my rating is purely about my recent experience. I DO recommend LOVE LAUNDRY! Just this last time (04/30/18) was the pits. I need someone whom has been to a Love Laundry recently to let me know if they recall the washing machines price list. I know, I select the size of each washer based off the cost. I washed last night and went with one small load for $4.25, a medium sized load for about $6 bucks plus some change, and a larger size load for around $8.40. Today I check my bank statement and I see I was charged $14.00 for two of my loads and only one of the loads, in which, I had to go to the attendant to have them run my card manually at the front desk was correct. For some reason the washing machines would keep saying they were offline when I ran my card through (at the machines) and to try again. Does this ever happen to anyone else? Secondarily, my only other pet peeve about this establishment is the people whom park at the midtown location. I was blocked in for 30 minutes last night because more often than not people will double park right in front of the entrance and leave their cars during washing cycles. This has happened to me numerous times. Overall the staff is friendly, the location is kept clean, the free wi-fi is amazeballs and the free drying is worth the visit. I've come here before and had such a positive experience, loved it! Super clean great appearance inside and out new machines and so on. So right when I come through the door tonight she says in front of everyone there, "You need to hurry up." It's 8:35 P.M. I have never done laundry this late so I didn't know what time the last wash time was there isn't any signs that say posted in the facility. I calmly said she didn't need to talk to me like that. She then again told me to hurry up so I left. Looked up other laundry matts open at the time and I found they have a sister location in midtown thAt stays open till midnight she failed to mention to me. Point of this long review, you guys need to remove her disrespectful self. You should never go up to a customer and tell them to hurry up. This is the BEST Laundromat I have EVER stepped foot in and Erica has a lot to do with that. It is always super clean and I'm not disgusted to do laundry there. Erica is always on top of her game and is constantly making sure that the place is immaculate. She is super friendly which makes the atmosphere there very relaxed. You can ask for help at any moment and she will assist you immediately. If there is ever a problem she is always quick to fix it. As far as the machines go, washers and dryers have work well for me. Yeah, the location is a bit ghetto, but the cleanliness and service I receive is beyond the fact. This is seriously my go to laundromat in ALL of the Sacramento Area. read more

I took in laundry today and found out that they are price gouging their customer's. People need to do laundry and at this time when they are out of work, they put up their bleach and soap prices. A quart bottle of just bleach they put up from $2.25 to $3.00 a bottle. Way to go to help the people of West Sacramento that jeeps your business going. Proud of you read more
