We were visiting San Diego for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and looking for a photographer to do a family photo shoot. Victoria did an amazing job taking photos of our 14-member family. With 8 adults and 6 kids (all boys under 8 years old), we were skeptical about whether we could even successfully get through the photo shoot. Yet immediately, when we all showed up at the Pacific Pier, Victoria was energetic and confidently took charge. She took the time to connect with the kids. She had planned out the ideal spot. She really was masterful in engaging the group and running through a long list of "shots" in an efficient manner. She made everyone laugh and relax. We first met Vix through a mutual friend who referred her to us for our wedding. She captured beautiful photos of everyone at our celebration and amazing shots of me and my hubby. BUT the best part was that she was such a huge part of the celebration! Vix is an amazing photographer! She took my senior photos for graduating college on very short notice. She is not only a pleasure to be around, but she has an amazing eye for getting a beautiful photo despite location challenges! For example, we had really hoped for a certain location on my college campus, but my college was doing construction there. Despite caution tape and other issues, Vix captured some beautiful photos at this special location. Additionally, our planned beach was unexpectedly covered with seaweed the night before, yet Vix managed to find beautiful areas of the beach, and you would never know from the pictures that there are actually mountains of seaweeds nearby. Vix has been taking our family photos for the last few years. I believe we have had 3 photo shoots with her so far and I have nothing but praise for her personally and professionally. After having to reschedule a couple of times because of sickness and weather issues, my daughter was anxious to get her senior pictures done. Victoria was very accommodating and understanding. My daughter was so happy with the shoot and with the finished product. My family and I went to San Diego for our summer vacation and while we were there I wanted to have family pictures taken on the beach. After looking at Victoria's website, I knew her photography style was something that I would like and she thankfully had availability while we were there.
