The food is really good. I loved the spicy beef noodle soup; the taste was excellent. The House Special Pho was amazing and tasted nothing like the Pho I had before. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the bowl, but I would recommend that bowl. read more

It doesn't look like much when you walk in, right??? If you are eating at other pho places or ramen places in the same building... STOP. There's not other reason to look them up. You've chosen the BEST spot here at The Annex. I've had practically ever dish. The broken rice with flat chicken is out of this world. It's so fresh and light. I LOVE the veggie pho you can add tofu. Honestly, I don't know how they make the broth but, it's full with FLAVOR!!! You'll want to order the wraps because, that peanut sauce they give is FIRE!!! Honestly, on the real GET YOUR BOBA HERE!!! First time here, although been to other love pho locations ! But the server (maybe the owner) looked super annoyed when we were politely ordering food! Fine, he probably had a bad day! Three minutes later, another guy sat down next to our table, I glanced over, the same server smiled like a flower! What the heck ! This place is a hole in the wall. Took me 30 minutes to walk around to find it. However totally worth it! The food was fresh and yummy. FYI is inside the annex, the lady that answer the phone was very nice and helpful. read more

My family and I have been going to Love Pho Cafe for years now and we love the awesome people that work here and the food. We have been to other pho restaurants but for us, they have the best and cleanest broth for their pho. We have enjoyed their beef and chicken pho, egg roll, tofu roll, crispy tofu noodles dish, fried rice among their menu of items. They have boba drinks as well and its a treat to enjoy with their delicious food. They go above and beyond for their customers and I appreciate every time we eat here. This establishment is highly unethical and should not be awarded any stars. The owner should ashamed due to multiple instances of discrimination. This is happening the collection Oxnard California and a The establishment discriminates against minority groups, individuals with disabilities, and children. I visited this establishment with my handicapped wife and two grandchildren, aged five and eight. My wife inquired about ordering a single bowl of pho soup. I confirmed the order, but her demeanor changed abruptly. She informed me that while I could purchase the food, I was not permitted to sit at their restaurant table inside the restaurant. She then looked down at us and suggested that we could sit outside on shared tables outside her restaurant at the collection in Oxnard . However, I clarified that my wife is handicapped, and we have two children. She refused to accommodate our request and insisted that we could not use any tables inside the restaurant. I asserted that I am a paying customer, to which she responded that she knew but not for a meal for four people. She emphasized her desire to serve the food promptly. I paid for the meal and we searched for a suitable table where our children could set and eat. Fortunately, we encountered individuals who were willing to share their table with us, allowing our children to eat comfortably. While I was retrieving the food, I noticed that it was takeout. Our children set down their containers and began eating directly from them, using only one napkin for both of them. I discreetly approached other restaurants to inquire about obtaining additional napkins. At that moment, I approached the lady of the establishment. When I inquired about the manager, she declined to provide a name. I decided to leave the establishment without further interaction. But on top of all that the vegetable was rotten and not clean, this is sick. I advise my grandkids not to touch it. read more

This is our favorite local pho place! The service is usually pretty good. They are quick and the prices are decent. I usually order the grilled pork banh mi with a Vietnamese iced coffee. The grilled pork is charred nicely with a tasty flavor. The bun is toasted and they use a good balance of cilantro, carrots, daikon and jalapeños. If I'm dining in, I usually get their signature pho dish which has beef, garlic and a spicy broth (PH 3). The bowls are huge and the broth has a good flavor. They also sell boba. Their milk tea is ok. I think the Thai tea is better. The Jasmine green milk tea has more of a milky than tea flavor. And my new go to is the iced jasmine green tea with Lychee and rainbow jelly. Very refreshing and you get real pieces of Lychee fruit with the drink too! Great place for a quick filling meal or for takeout. read more

I always get the same thing here, tofu & vegetable pho with veg broth. It's the closest pho spot that has a vegetarian Pho option. The boba is OK. I mean, it will fulfill your boba cravings if you're already there. Otherwise, I'd skip it. I have yet to try their Banh Mi. Service has always been a hit or miss. Everyone is attentive. The younger bunch are less friendly. Seating can be a little tight when you're sitting at the booth right next to another person. It's hard to get out because the tables are too close to each other. My thighs touch my table and the other person's table while I'm trying to leave. If they fix the booth seating area and their customer service, I'd boost up the stars. read more

Personally this place deserves more stars! This is a classic pho place and I was blown away with the quality of broth that we had. The people were friendly as well. My wife went to this restaurant to order a dish to go. She was told that she had to wait out side the restaurant area until her food was ready. But because she had a few friends that were there already sitting at a table. She thought she would sit with her friends until the order was ready. When she got the bill, she was told that because she sat at that table everybody, including her will be automatically charged a 18% service charge for six or more people at a table. She felt. That there was no service and this charge was totally uncalled for. She even asked for a glass of water and they didn't even give her that to justify a service charge. This is a food court place that does not care about it's customers. read more

This is our go-to pho place. I'll call in and order and pick up in about 15-20 mins. The food is authentic, tasty and always fresh ingredients. They are located in the Annex at The Collection in Oxnard. There's seating in there diner in are or if you choose to, you can take it outside in the eating area. read more

To be honest... I would stay away from this pho spot inside the Annex. We ordered a spring roll (which was okay) and a pho with round eye. The broth was bland and the meat was spoiled... The meat was all clumped up (not in flat rounds) and did not look appetizing at all but I gave it a taste and the meat was awful. I politely got up to speak with the server (in order to not make a scene). I explained that the meat was bad and we simply didn't like the dish so if he could take it away.... He asked me if I wanted it to go -___- I said "no, the meat is spoiled".... after all this, they still charged me for the horrible pho with spoiled meat. Will never go back.... actually their bubble tea is alright. Follow up: the company did reach out me after initial writing this review. They gave me yelp credit and said it was a mistake ‍ read more

I went to this restaurant to order the food to go because my friends are eating there, I was seating with my friends while I was waiting for the food, didn't even get served with a glass of water, when my food was ready then I paid with my credit card, I noticed I have been charged with 18% service charge. I asked for the reason then I was told because I didn't wait outside the restaurant , on top of that the section (tips) on my credit card receipt was blank even I was already being charged for tips. We were being chased outside of the restaurant because one of my friends who had paid there bill in cash left the money under a plate that the server didn't see the cash that she had left on the table. Also one of my friend found a piece of hair in her soup. It is not the first time I have eaten there, I won't be back ever again with the unhappy experience. read more

I have come to this pho place multiple times and have never had a problem until last week. I received my to-go order, and it came with no hot sauce or utensils. I asked a worker for sauce, and the man working beside him was rude and said, "I put 6 or 7 already." I ignored him because I wasn't even asking him for the sauce, and there wasn't any. I realized the extra side of green onion I had ordered wasn't there either, so I returned and asked for green onion. The man was rude once again, and what he said made no sense. I asked if he could charge me for more green onion, and he proceeded to be rude and kept arguing that the green onion was in my order. I was so confused. I just wanted to get what I needed and leave to enjoy my food. I don't understand what that man's problem was. He provoked the whole issue, and I don't think someone with his attitude should work in customer service. read more

Look. I'm not Vietnamese, but I did grow up in SGV as a second generation Chinese guy. This place is legit. Now, granted, it's not white plastic bowls with red floral trim legit, but legit where it counts: the food. I had the P1 special pho served in a 4 inch deep black bowl (I measured), and it became that scene in Ratatouille where the food critic goes back to his childhood. The soup was nice and savory and the ingredients were tasteful and generous. The meat came nice and red. Rem took very good care of me, even giving me fist bumps, but she did (rightfully) rib me for attacking the noodles without the spoon. "You have to taste the soup," she said, and she was right. Best unexpected part: the milk tea was NONE dairy (lactose intolerance was something we fist bumped over) with very generous portions of boba. She was worried that someone had coaxed me into writing a review, but I wasn't. I was just genuinely impressed, not expecting to go to an excellent Pho place in the middle of a fancy mall. Come spend your money at this place but be patient waiting in line. There are a total of 10 tables and they're PACKED during meal times--again, rightfully so. Despite this, I was quickly seated and served, so don't be turned away by that. The wait is worth it. read more

I love this place! I'm super picky about the baguette for a Banh Mi and theirs is perfect every time! Crisp outside, soft and chewy inside. The grilled chicken is sliced super thin and it has the perfect amount of fresh veggies & herbs. Their strawberry tea with rainbow jelly is refreshing and tasty. What I love about Love Pho is that they're always consistent. I've been to places where you love a dish and go back a second time to find it made entirely different or just "off". This place is a great option for pho here in Oxnard. I personally recommend the shrimp pho, shaken beef and wing appetizer. Really anything on the menu is a hit! I used to love this place... not so much anymore I placed an order, and the waitress brought the food and asked me if my dinner was something other than what I ordered. Waiting, waiting, waiting... They finally bring my food, wrong thing. Send it back, and some person "in charge" is in my face that I sent the first meal back. Well, yes, I did because your waitress told me it was something else. The employees at an establishment should try to get the orders right. Customer service is a big deal. If I'm going to spend $50 or $60 on dinner before the tip, I want service and not people in my face being accusatory based on their employees' error read more

We live close by and have picked up pho more than a couple dozen times in the past year. Unfortunately, maybe due to covid, the pho quality has gone down drastically at this location. The broth used to be incredibly flavorful and authentic, but the last 8 months or so their pho broth has become watery and bland. We've given Love Pho about 5 or 6 chances since we first noticed the drastic difference in quality, and unfortunately, they have never shown signs of going back to the way they used to be. Really sad to say this but we probably won't be coming back here if we're ever craving authentic pho. I'd say egg rolls and vermicelli is another story, but if you're wanting some flavorful, hit the spot pho, I'd look elsewhere. read more

From coming here looking for pho to leaving and knowing that I will 100% order these fries again was unexpected but definitely a wonderful surprise. Didn't order drinks while we were here, but they also offer a full bar. Heard they offer Happy Hour, so that might be something to look into if you're interested. Service was efficient but friendly. My partner order the hot pot and was very happy with his choice. The server came back with a hot plate and instructed us how to cook the meat. I was a bit apprehensive about having to cook my own food, but the fragrant smell as it cooked changed my mind. The broth was flavorful and the veg and meat were tender as they soaked up the soupy goodness. I also ordered the boa buns and the pillowy texture, mixed with the soft pork and crunchy cucumber and carrots made my belly sing. We slurped up our food and cleared out as quickly as we could. I hate being that person that lingers at closing time. What I do regret is that I did not take more time at their counter as we exited because it was full of snacks and curios that I love.
