This is a cozy, small studio in the Village of Apple Valley, with a genuinely welcoming community of wonderful people meet. This is NOT a crowded room full of sweaty people on yoga mats packed in like sardines. Space and peace are the standard here. The studio is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully decorated. I am not a spin girl, so I can't speak to that, but a lot of people love them here. I've taken yoga and Pilates classes here a few times a week for over two years now. I'm a fairly seasoned yogi and find Adriana's flow yoga and yoga-strength classes both creative and challenging, and her cuing is clear and easy to follow. She is a very highly trained instructor, and it shows. She plays great music and her classes are fun! I especially love her Saturday morning yoga-sculpt class that's the best of yoga and the benefits of strength training with hand weights. I'm always sore the next 2 days in all the best of ways. In the summer, there are often guided cold plunges after yoga class, and Adriana guides you through the whole process. It's incredibly empowering!! Wednesday night, Dusty leads a really lovely stretch and mobility class that's the perfect mid week reset for body and mind- that anyone can feel like a pro at on day one. Rosy's floor Pilates classes are so much fun! She's a little ray of sunshine with energy that makes even the worst day better. There's usually a little treat of a tasty smoothie that Ellen makes as a delicious reward at the end of class. Rosy is also trained in physical therapy, so her instruction and posing is exceptionally clear and helpful to ensure you are doing it properly for the best results. Ellen, the owner and one of the spin instructors is so incredibly warm and hospitable, and she makes everyone feel like old friends from the first visit. She's proud of her little studio and pours her heart into making it a place you look forward to coming to. Aside from the regular classes, there are workshops from time to time in all kinds of interesting things like cold plunging, sound baths, meditation, dance classes, yoga under the stars, and even artisan markets. On the first day, I took their complimentary 30-minute intro class, where they walk you through how to use the equipment and finish with a mini workout. The studio is immaculate, smells amazing, and feels like a safe, relaxing space. The staff is incredibly welcoming. Our trainer both days was Emily, and she is phenomenal. She guides you through every movement with clarity and offers great modifications if you need them. I had never tried Pilates before, and I was surprised by how much I loved it. It worked muscles I didn't even know I had--especially my core--and it's definitely more challenging than it looks, in a good way. Today, my friend and I went back for a second complimentary class, which was a 50-minute stretch and mobility session using the Pilates equipment. It was more intense, especially for being only our second time, but we both really enjoyed it. Emily was just as amazing and encouraging as the day before. If you're thinking about trying Pilates, I highly recommend starting with their complimentary 30-minute intro class. It gives you a chance to learn the equipment and see if it's a good fit for you. Tara, the owner, has created a brilliant vision for her clients, where we feel comfortable challenging ourselves and stepping outside our comfort zone. I love all the classes, including Barre, Strength, and Yoga. These classes do not require any pre-reqs. For the Barre class, you do some work on the bar, but you aren't expected to be a ballerina. It is doing workouts where using the bar helps for balance or to target specific areas. For the strength classes, you don't need 20 lbs weights. Body weight is perfectly fine. In Yoga, it's not about handstand, it's about the mind/body connection. The instructors will set you up for success! Come see for yourself!

The advertised instructor Brandon I never once seen him. They hand out the next color belt so easy without the kids knowing what they are even doing. There are kids 7 years old with black belt.
