My grandad has tried and tried to contact europlas and everytime he gets shrugged off or they say they can patch up this is absoulutly disguting if they did their jobs right in the first place it would not need to be sorted. All ge is asking is cor tge windows to ve removed so he can go to a different company that know how to do their jobs properly.

Had them come back and manager came to see work and said whats the problem looks fine to me until i showed him the bad bits,fixed them pretty quick because they had not had all our money by then. 3 years later windows will not shut properly-tried to contact their warranty line it goes straight to answerphone left message to ring me back-never got call-left message on their web mail still no reply. 10 year warranty not worth the paper its written on. I am all for a local business but this is a joke,avoid at all costs

Be very careful if this company approach you. I would recommend you contact a reputable "known" company. If I could leave a zero / minus star rating I would.
