I have a new build so when it was finally time to hire an inspector I decided to go with MC2. So glad I did. They were reasonable and the inspection took about 3 hours. It was a smooth process and Greg, my inspector, was awesome. He was VERY picky (which I love) and he pointed out things that I wouldn't have seen. Please do NOT purchase a home without getting your own inspection done (IMO). Greg was very professional, he came in with footies and he had the report done later that night filled the pictures, notes and suggestions. The final report is well done and includes pictures for clarity. He uses infrared imagery which allows him to spot mold, leaks, and other problems not visible to the naked eye. (in one inspection he did for me, we were able to spot significant mold damage inside the roof and walls that only showed up with the infrared. We ended up pulling out of the deal.) Most recently he also utilized a drone and also completed a short video of the property for me as part of his deliverable.
