Lovely Pizza AND Indian Food - worth ordering both! Great food for a good price, high quality and decent serving sizes. Loved the paneer tikka pizza, ordered medium-hot but really it was mild spice. We had the Mediterranean pizza with pepperoni added previously, which was also really good. There's so many pizza varieties on offer, including multiple paneer options, hooray! As for the Indian food, it was pretty darn good too. Chole bhature was some of the best I've had, bhature was huge and not too greasy, chole spice was perfect. We ate all of it despite having eaten some pizza too, total carb fest, so worth it. Fish pakora serving was good, came with a little carrot achar mix that was unique and tasty. Breading was very light. Also got 2 gulab gamun, standard stuff, nice treat. More chole please! read more

We did a butter chicken competition where we ordered butter chicken for four places - this one, Second Wife, Bombay Talkiz, and Punjab Platter. Way on top was Lovely pizza. We also ordered noodles which weren't as good as the hakka noodles from second wife, and wasn't so good for the paneer compared to Bombay Talkiz. However, they were tasty but just not as much as other places. I will make a special trip to Lovely Pizza and probably get the other dishes from somewhere else. read more

I was scrolling through skip the dishes for pizza delivery and came across lovely pizza! I ordered the Italian pizza and it was absolutely delicious!! The toppings on the pizza included red onion, green onion, olives, pepperoni and mushrooms. The pizza was LOADED with toppings! They do not cheap out on the meat! Every bite had pepperoni on it. Tomato sauce was flavourful and delicious. I believe I paid $20 for a large pizza. Definitely recommend! read more

Indian and pizza fusion? Sure, it sounded a little unusual. But on immediate second thought it sounded PERFECT, since the only Indian food my husband will eat is the kind I cook, and sometimes, well, you just gotta go for Indian take out. Once we were committed to the idea, we had to check out the food. And that is what really won us over!! My son and I love Indian food and eat it often, so our order was really a combo that took advantage of that fusion. I had aloo gobi and paneer butter masala, and ordered naan and mango lassi for my son and I to share. My son ordered a regular crust "Build Your Own" pizza with white sauce, paneer, and chicken, and my husband got his pizza favourite: thin crust classic Hawaiian. With Skip the Dishes and a 15% tip, the total was just over $70 and guaranteed leftovers. Everything smelled delicious, was packaged responsibly, and was piping hot. And it tasted fantastic! Aloo gobi is a bit of a delicate dish in that without the right spice combo and handling, it can be a dull mass of cauliflower and potato. The textures AND the spices were right on point here. And the paneer butter masala is my new absolute Indian takeout dream. Roll your eyes yummy. Even the mango lassi was spectacular, with the fresh taste of the mango overwhelming the creaminess -- just as I think it should. And yes, there will be enough leftovers for a lunch and a dinner for the three of us. I hope more people will take advantage of this diverse menu, attention to preparation, and easy to access restaurant during the pandemic shutdown. I know I will! Indian Pizza?? I used to get pizza from the business that was in this location but unfortunately could not make a go of it. Dove in the deep end and ordered the Shahi Paneer pizza, the butter chicken pizza and an order of Punjabi Chicken Wings. With their pizzas you can choose the level of heat - we went with Medium (level 2 of 5!) In a word - "wicked"! Crust is well done, toppings are fresh, the favours are distinctly Indian- for me it was exactly what I was hoping for. Since trying Lovely Pizza out we have modified the "usual" - Butter Chicken pizza, we sub the regular chicken with Tandoori chicken and on the Shahi Paneer (vegetarian) we add a meat (sausage, pep, or bacon) and we have bumped the heat level up 1 to Hot. One day we may try Super Hot or Punjabi style :) We have also tried several of their Indian dishes (about every 3 weeks). I can only say that it is the best flavours since eating Indian food in the UK. I would heartily recommend both the Indian dishes and the pizza! To the owners: If I could change one thing about the Lovely Pizza experience it would be to add pics & descriptions to the food items on your website. As someone who loves the "mainstream white people choices" I would love to expand our horizons with out having to Google each item on the menu. Wonderful as always! Consistently a crowd pleaser with my family, never had a negative experience yet! The food is excellent, and during COVID-19 we have tried various items from the menu in addition to our favourites. Our usual order from Lovely Pizza is for their Indian cuisine, but their pizzas and salads are excellent too, very flavourful, excellent combinations, their pizzas are not heavy, fluffy light crust - we enjoy trying out all their creations. Our family has made Lovely Pizza our 1-stop take out spot, after over priced, subpar meals we've ordered from other competitors. Excellent quality and value. They also offer delivery over $35 order, but we always pick our orders since we are relatively close to home and the order pick up time is quick. Pleasant customer service as well from the family running Lovely Pizza, very friendly and courteous. Happy to be supporting a local neighbourhood small business. read more
