The Disney Springs location obviously flaunts their Disney IP... from Mickey & Friends, Up, Star Wars, and everything in between. The company continues to innovate and finds fun ways to bring more value to the card market. We bought a retirement banner card - it folded out about two and half feet which made it epic for a retirement card! We always purchased one of their new suncatcher cards - tucked into the card is a beautiful sun catcher - we picked a humming bird scene! The cards are worth it... and if you want more value, Lovepop inserts a separate piece of paper separate from the card for you to write on, so you could honestly reuse the card with ease! read more

Lovepop in Disney Springs has some of the fanciest greetings cards you have ever seen. You can find it in the Town Center closest to the Lime Garage. They started out as a kiosk before opening a store in October of 2020. Lovepop was created by best friends and naval architects, John Wise and Wombi Rose. On a Harvard Business School trip to Vietnam they discovered the ancient Japanese art of kirigami which is paper cutting as opposed to the paper folding of origami. After returning to Boston they began creating cards and they sold them at craft fairs. In 2015 they were on Shark Tank and Kevin O'Leary invested $300,000 in their company. Today in addition to their own stores, they have expanded into Walmart. Lovepop specialize in intricate 3D pop up cards that are laser cut and hand pasted. If you don't want to ruin these masterpieces with writing all you need to do is pull on the little heart tab you see on the right side of the card and a small area to write a note pulls out They have a lot of Disney themed cards at this store of course, as well as seasonal ones. They had a great Halloween selection including a Haunted Mansion card I loved. They also had some adorable Baby Yoda choices. They also have the standard greeting cards. In addition to the cards they have some beautiful paper flower bouquets. Cards are around $15 and bouquets are around $25. You can also pick up notecards and gift tags. If you can't come to the store in person, they have an online store. These cards are pricey but they are unique and it's likely that their recipient has never seen anything like them before. I absolutely couldn't wait to review this place. (There should be an option to leave " NO"stars at all! that would've been the option that I chose for this place. I was visiting the Orlando area on Sunday, 3 December 2023 and I wanted a special card for a very special person and though I saw it online in an email from this company I decided to hold off on ordering it there because I knew I would be in the Orlando area and wanted to check out the store while I was there. But....much to my complete and utter DISAPPOINTMENT...upon entering the store with my family there were two guys in there whom I won't refer to them as gentlemen, because they were NOT! Both of them basically were not welcoming, friendly nor HELPFUL at all! One of one of them with the ponytail and the salt and pepper hair...I wish I could've gotten his name, was ESPECIALLY snotty and snooty as well. He was just walking around looking down his nose at us and acting like we were not there. Apparently us customers must've been an inconvenience or were bothering him from just being in his presence since he seemed as if he thought he was holier than thou! I just proceeded to look at him and wait for him to look at me eye to eye to let him know that I saw what he was doing, but he would not look back at me. So....I proceeded to approach the other guy with the iPad who was doing whatever he was doing in the back room to avoid customers as well. I asked him well is this a self-serve establishment? Because we were trying to do everything ourselves as in looking for specific cards. Because NO ONE has asked to help either of us nor had greeted us or anything of that nature. He then proceeded to come out of the back room and assisted me with finding the card that I was looking for. I also told him that I thought it was kind of offputting that no one offered to help us when they knew we were perusing the store. not once did he offer an apology or anything of that nature. As I approached the register to pay for my items, the other rude guy IE. Mr. ponytail was there again, looking down his nose at my family and I. But I get it there's people like that that probably HATE their jobs and it's easier to take it out on the customers rather than find a different place of employment where they fit in better with the other rude haters who shouldn't be around other people. Moral to the story is.... if you HATE your job, then you should find another place to work. Apparently, customer service IS NOT his niche! And he definitely should not be allowed to work in this environment with anything to be affiliated with Disney, which is supposed to be the "HAPPIEST" place on earth! Don't try to steal the joy of others because you're miserable! We as customers/consumers deserve better MUCH better! And....if it were not for people like us that came to that store to shop, they wouldn't have jobs! I truly hope neither of these guys were in any way, shape or form a part of management because they make BOTH the LOVE POP and DISNEY brands look "BAD" from having hired people such as this to run a store in such a prestigious area of Florida. I purchased my items from the guy with the iPad, who decided to finally pitch in and help me only because I approached him and of course there was NO printer paper to print a receipt for me. So I had it sent to my email. I just found that interesting...as they weren't doing anything else productive in the store during our visit. I hope that the powers that be(Corporate or whomever) see this review because they really should send these guys to a Customer Service 101 retraining course or something.... people like that should "NOT" be employed in a customer service environment if they're truly "NOT"there to be of assistance to the customers. My family was surprised that I went through with the purchase, but being that I needed the card right away... I did it. I would "NOT" return to the store to purchase anything from people such as those two guys nor would I recommend this store to anyone else. I would not want to be a responsible for someone else's poor shopping experience! I do love the companies card designs, but I would not go back to THAT particular location in order to purchase cards! At firmly believe that people can only do what you "ALLOW" them to and if management allows them to treat the customers poorly, then that's what they're gonna continue to do. I hope Management wakes up and takes care of this because people from all "ALL OVER THE WORLD " frequent that shopping area and this kind of representation shouldn't not be tolerated! We wandered into this store as it looked interesting. What they sell are mostly pop up greeting cards that are made with heavy cardstock. They make some very beautiful designs and the cards are quite decorative and apparently collectible. Since we were there before Christmas they have a lot of Christmas themed cards out and so many of them are Disney themed. I love the ones for Nightmare Before Christmas. If you like to give some people some special cards for a holiday or any occasion these are a fantastic choice. The artwork in them is quite beautiful. They also had some really neat butterflies and dragonflies and a few other items made the same way and they were stunning to look at. Definitely a good choice to check out. read more

I was told they did. When I sent an email after discovering 0 envelopes except for 1 item, I got no response. When you spend this much, you should be provided with accurate product information.
