I connected Ron after seeing their yard sign at a home down the road from me. I saw the work being done every time I drove by. Ron came out and we discussed what I wanted done. He had a few suggestions that I liked and he worked up a quote. We agreed to the work and the crew showed up on the day that the said and started right in. There were a couple of weather days, but they finished the job in the time frame they said. The crew showed up everyday before 8 am and worked all day. When the job was done they cleaned up the site and left it the way it was when they started. It is so nice to be able to stand out on the deck during a rainstorm and not get soaked. Even better, less snow to shovel. I highly recommend Reemack. GREAT JOB!!!

He's very prompt and kind. I wanted new locks but he suggested that he would re-key the locks. I…read moreagreed with him because to be honest I was oblivious to what was best and since he was the expert I trusted his decision. The key worked perfectly fine prior to the re-keying it but once he was done my back door lock is hard to open and the key no longer works on the deadbolt! He explained that the deadbolt was broken once he tried to re-key it and I appreciate his honesty and his work ethic but I just wished I would have purchased a new lock and had him install it especially since I use the back door to enter my home.

He…read morecame out and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work and said he was waiting on a special order for parts. Fast forward a month and a half and he says that the order should be coming next week. Fast forward two weeks and he says that he will come by and re-evaluate by the end of the week. Three weeks and two reschedules later, still waiting on that re-evaluation. He probably has bitten off a bit more than he can chew in terms of workload. Help Nick out with his workload management and choose a different handyman.
