We are driving a 42' RV and towing a jeep. This place is very congested and not easy to get around. We needed to just pull in and stop for a bit and switch drivers and had a very hard time. No place to pull through except through the diesel pumps. There was a huge line at every pump which the pumps are right at the entrance. There are only back in sights if you're wanting to park. After filling my tank with gas I proceeded to obtain a large fountain Root Beer. Only carbonated water dispensed, I notified one of the workers and stated I would get a bottle root beer for my cup as the tank change would be a considerable time. Instead of throwing away the ice and cup, I took it with me. I explained what happened and they continued to charge me 50 cents for the cup and ice. They stated it was not their fault. I don't understand the delay as THREE employees were standing behind the register laughing and telling stories. Not busy. VERY unhappy with this experience! these truck stops need to stop charging so much for a shower when they don't even take the time to properly disinfect and clean them , I was literally sitting in the laundry room and watched the elderly worker go into the shower straight in front of me and just wipe it down with abunch of towels no cleaning products it's absolutely disgusting and I've noticed almost every single truck stop does that , these workers need to stop being so lazy and do their job correctly I'm sick of paying so much after I'm driving on the road for long hours I just want to come settle down at a truck stop for the night and possibly take a nice shower in a clean area read more

This is a great place for a rest Stop in between Memphis and Jackson. This Loves has both a Subway and a McDonalds in it. They also have a decent coffee Island too. I received great customer service as my wait time was practically 0 because as soon as I walked up to the cashier, he checked me out. He also spoke to me as I was walking up. Of course this is a truck Stop too. Big trucks can park in the back and fill up on gas. Just look for the sign past Loves that says trucks on the right and follow Road around that leads to the back of Loves. They have CB's and CB equipment here to for sale. Most of the time they have sales where you can save money on CB's and antennas. One tip I can give you is to look for the flyers they have going to and from the restrooms. The sales adds are usually good for that month you just happen to stop by. As I sat in my car today, I watched the 18 wheelers drive and park while I drank my coffee that I bought from here during my rest stop. It was quiet a show with all the 18 wheeler traffic. I actually learned how they disconnect and hook to trailers in the few minutes I was there. read more

More like, Like's....ish. If you want coffee that tastes good and that you are used to when you specifically stop at a Love's, don't go to this one. This is a smaller store so not all the choices you are probably used to. Out of milk, out of half and half. Cleanliness wise it was good but just not what we are used to when we go to Love's. read more

This review for a repair shop. Besides manager is extremely rude. They can't fix your truck. Only they can do diagnostics. I came for a repairs. 1 st they charge you and then apparently they are telling you they can't fix your truck. read more

The McDonalds that is attached to it literally does not care about you, being there and will almost 95% of the time get your order wrong, food will be cold and they act like they don't have time to make your order right. The Love's Truck Stop itself is great. The cashiers are nice. I have never had a problem with the gas I have purchased there. BUT there is a McDonald's located inside the store. Please DO NOT eat there. The service is slow and the food will make you sick. I received food poisoning from this restaurant and it has deterred me from eating at any other McDonalds.
