Plenty of pumps here and clean restrooms. The employees are nice and there is a Carl's Jr attached. It's easy to get into this place but a total pain to get out due to the semi parking lot behind this place. They all exit left to hit the freeway so it backs up traffic something fierce. read more

This was a clean location for stopping while on the highway. There was adequate parking. The store was well-stocked with all kinds of food and varied supplies for travel--even a display case of knives. I'd definitely stop back here again. read more

I had to get off the highway for a phone call and this was the nearest stop off the turnpike. And now that I'm off the turnpike, I need money to get back onto the turnpike. Sigh. Located immediately next to the highway exit, this is a pretty standard Love's. The restrooms were decently clean. The convenience store was loaded with the usual snacks and drinks. They share the space with a Carl's Jr. if that's something that appeals to you. The parking lot does not have any shade if you were thinking of getting a siesta before getting back onto the highway. My daughter likes the location of this Love's. It's convenient because traveling back and forth between Texas and Missouri is what we do. They have everything you expect in a convenience store. 2 nice perks to this location is that there's a Carl's Jr connected to it and the souvenir section has some nice stuff. read more

have stopped this particular loves three×1st experience. The manager argued with me over discount on two for 450 candy bars said it wasn't a promotion they were offering, went completely over to the candy aisle from the fuel desk and when he saw the signs took them down and said they're all wrong six drivers were waiting to get showers and everything else so the $.50 more to him customer satisfaction second experience was nothing bad for a sandwich. Third experience pulled in 4 o'clock local looking for a parking space my co-driver and I pull doubles you can't back them up. Went across the street to their parking area. Nothing available for us to pull through unless we wanted to block other drivers we pulled in on the fuel pump and parked in front of where they fuel Meanwhile, the pumps were fairly empty. have a double so there's a lot of room actually to pull your tractor and trailers up as we were getting out of our tractor that the fuel guy was pulling up so my car driver got in to move. The has not to inconvenience him. In the meantime I went on inside to get our as I was walking in maintenance person was walking out and the night a dust mop, flirting with a I stood there with my coffee cup in my never acknowledge me. No welcome to love. Nothing a moment later the maintenance tech comes back in. I moved it so I assume he was talking about our tractor that the fuel driver probably called them. He goes over to the four wheeler side goes to the registers and ask what can do for proceeds to ask me where we I said I don't know out there moving the truck said, probably on the fuel have no place for us to park pulling doubles then you can't get a shower. Didn't try to find a way to help us nothing this past week we've driven over 7000 miles between 800 and 1000 gallons of fuel we will no longer use to fuel ran up to Joplin. Hit the Petro plenty of parking very clean nice people loves you've lost customers. I'll be encouraging our company to do what I did and find a different provider for our fuel. read more

There are flies everywhere.. I politely declined to share my burger with the flies because my burger was cold from Carl's Jr. some of the employees were cussing... I went to go take a shower and they were flies in the showers . The showers were gross,there was so much buildup on the tile I'm so glad I wear water shoes when I go take a shower.The only reason why I'm giving a one star is because the staff was someone funny read more

Kim is the absolute WORST. Multiple times I've asked her to turn on the hot water (because the showers were cold) and multiple times I've just gotten attitude. I've seen her be rude to other customers, rude to co-workers. Shes absolutely ridiculous and I will never go to this store again until I see that Kim is gone. Just tonight she told some girl on the radio that she should put a cookie in front of her "fat face" to make her move faster. When me and another woman walked outside we saw a worker crying, and I'm guessing it was the girl that she said that to. And that girl is super skinny! Doesnt make any sense as to why she'd call her fat. She is only a nuisance and needs to be handled with in a professional manner. Or they could just handle her the way she handles her customers and coworkers (with some incredible attitude and disrespect) read more
