One of the ONLY places I stop when traveling. They have the CLEANEST bathrooms, employees always polite and has whatever you need!

Truck stops have a bad rep, if you ask me. Not only have they been featured in various horror scenes in movies and documentaries, but they've always been that place where you want to be fully aware of your surroundings, especially at night. A truck stop was somewhere I went out of pure and deep necessity (I forgot to bring snacks, my gas light just came on, and of course the dreaded bathroom pit stop) and nothing else...until Cupid struck me and I found Love's. I must profess, this is by far the cleanest, well-lit, and friendliest truck stop that I've ever been to, and I travel often from Jacksonville to Tampa. I have this place saved in my GPS favorites, if that says anything. The gas is very affordable....ok I take that back. Gas isn't affordable ANYWHERE these days, but at Love's the price is as reasonable as it's gonna get. The restrooms are impeccable...yes, impeccable and there are hand sanitizer dispensers situated throughout the store. I like roaming the salesfloor during the holidays, because they carry a large assortment of gifts and cool gadgets for stocking stuffers. It also helps that they have an attached 24 hour Arby's so I can get my Beef 'n' Cheddar with Curly Fries fix day or night. I'm horrible with names but the coolest associate is the girl with dreads, I believe she's a supervisor of some sort. She's always friendly, engaging, and multi-tasking like a pro. This is one of those establishments that runs like a well-oiled machine, where the management and staff take great pride in their work. Whether you're on a road trip or just in the neighborhood, I highly recommend this particular Love's Travel Center to one and all! As I stood in line waiting my turn at the cash register a cop walked up and the cashier looked at him and said "I'll take you next so you can get out of here" As a disabled vet I don't wear a uniform telling everyone about it. I don't expect special attention for my service yet this cop who was much younger than I took advantage of this special service he was offered and didn't need. Give everyone the same service no matter what uniform they wear. I walked out and left my single bottle of water on the counter. The cashier obviously thought it would take too long to ring up my single bottle of water and the cop would be late for something. Or he was just kissing ass. Either way it's bullshit. read more

This gas station was probably one of the cleanest we stopped at on our trip! The womens bathroom had ring lighting on the mirrors and also each bathroom stall was very spacious and provided sanitizer. The store itself was very well stocked and organized. I will say it was really early in the morning but for a women traveling it was a nice well lit gas station. read more

Bathroom break and I know that I can depend on Love's. I had a high expectation and it was met. The restroom was clean and stocked. Very nicely done, Love's Bushnell. And I can't just use the bathroom and dash, can I? I stopped and bought two bottles of water from their well stocked coolers that had juices, sodas, energy drinks plus aisles and aisles of snacks of all types. Love's Travel Stop - The only clear spot in the parking/gas area. - Convenience Stores Near Me - Bushnell, Florida

I travel across the country from Florida to Michigan, and recently from Florida to Texas. By far this isn't my first loves travel stop, but it was a really nice one! I love stopping at Loves because they always have clean bathrooms! If you've ever traveled and stopped at a state rest stop you know how filthy those get; especially at night. However, I've never been to a bad Loves! I didn't purchase anything inside so I can't attest to this locations customer service, but things seemed to move quickly at this location. What I didn't know until after I parked near some grass, is that they have a dog park on the back of their property!! I have two large dogs that are cooped up in the back of my jeep and I wish I had found it before walking my dogs all over the side of the building trying to get them to go potty! I'm not sure if they have one, but if they don't my only recommendation would be to add somewhere on their sign advertising the dog park! I only saw one Loves travel stop advertise a dog park and I can't remember which one it was on my journey to Texas. read more

BEWARE. PAY FOR YOU GAS AND DO NOT SWIPE YOUR CARD. Dirty rotten so and so's. I bought $19.10 worth of gas and they put a $175.00 hold on my discover account. I has $120 left on my limit which I was gonna use for groceries. This is a big deal for many people because banks may charge overdraft fees because of this. (Im not sure but they could). The money it tires up until they settle their batches and they could take 24 hours to a week. Every business is different. I can only imagine how many people have passed out when the realize what has happened. We are all struggling and this causes an unfair hardship on people. It's a horrible practice. I did not notice any obvious signs warning they would do this. I will push my car 10 miles before I ever buy gas there again. I was not charged fees by discover but I cannot get access to the money now The sign warning people should be noticeable. Stay away fro these types of gas stations. read more

On my way from Colorado to Clearwater, I have stopped at 7 Love's Travel Stops. One of the reasons I stop there is because I have two dogs with me, and they enjoy the doggy parks. However, the doggy park at this location needs attention: not much grass, massive dog waste. It seems like this station needs a decent manager. read more

Clean restrooms & cheap gas. Can't ask for more than that. However, since it is Love's, they also have a ton of stuff available for purchase in the store. And if you are hungry, there is Arby's, which was even open on Christmas day. read more

This is a great stop to take a pause from your road trip. It's very clean and they have an insane assortment of snacks, which include beef jerky. If you need a present for your loved one or if you are trying to make an impression for someone special, there's an assortment of gifts to choose from ( mostly stuffed animals but some are the size of a small child) There are also your typical kitschy Florida souvenirs as well which are perfect to give to people who are not from Florida but they like it. My partner & I are traveling the country & absolutely love stopping at these travel stops! Love's hands down is the cleanest chain of them. Unfortunately I've yet to find one with gender neutral restrooms which makes bathrooms awkward & negative for me. They do however have super clean showers & the shower room is very private & clean & has a restroom section. The laundry room here was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. The staff was all super friendly & welcoming! Very convenient parking if you're in need of a quick power nap before you go! read more

Fine place for a quick gas stop. We found the gas here to be very affordable. When we arrived the place was well lit and clean compared to most gas stations. We didn't go inside so can't speak much to the snacks or bathroom but believe those looked pretty clean. The location was also great to the highway making it a quick stop! Bottom line..good place to grab gas. It's a fast stop off the exit and the ambience is clean and safe. I would come here again if I'm passing through! read more

My sister and I were traveling north on I 75 with our 4 kids and got a flat tire right before the #314 exit. We could see the Love's Travel Stop sign, so we called their road side service department and although they do not work on anything but 18 wheelers, they sent Calvin out to help us! He was at our car within 20 minutes and did everything from find our spare tire tools, show us how to get the spare out from under our SUV and take off the flat and replace it with our spare. He was so nice and never showed his annoyance at our ignorance. Thank you Calvin and Love's for coming to our rescue! read more

Hubby and I made quick stop at Love's :-). Told the Love's cashier that the place had restored my faith in humanity. The cleanest place I have been in, along a highway, ever, and I'm a world-travelled Army brat. There is a lot to be appreciated in a business where there is good lighting, ample and safe parking, and all is neat and orderly. We will search for your locations, on all future trips.
