Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Employee Conduct and Privacy Violation To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an employee at one of your Love's locations whose behavior has made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about my privacy. During a recent visit, this employee spoke my personal information aloud in front of other customers and staff. I consider this a serious violation of privacy and professionalism. Since that incident, every visit to the store has become uncomfortable due to this employee continuing to discuss and misrepresent our interactions to other employees. The ongoing behavior has created a hostile and embarrassing environment for me as a customer. I should be able to visit your store without concern that my personal information will be publicly discussed or that false statements will be spread about me to staff members. I am requesting that this matter be investigated promptly and handled professionally. I would also appreciate assurance that my personal information will be treated appropriately going forward and that steps will be taken to prevent further harassment or uncomfortable interactions. Dinner first and gas for the car next. Both were inexpensive, quick, & easy. At Arby's, next door to Love's convenience store, the young lady who rang up our order was sweet and super efficient. Double checked our order! We ordered 1 Abby's meal - Husband wanted the classic roast beef, curly fries, & a medium drink. They had about 10 choices of drink. But he lit up when he saw Coke Zero. Not many places have Coke Zero, so he was pleased. We split the medium curly fries. They were hot and fresh!! I had just the Turkey ranch and bacon sandwich with water. Both sandwiches were delicious! In fact, my Turkey sandwich was huge and filling. Our bill was under $20. Regular gas was $2.79 for regular with a credit card AND cash! We only needed 3/4 of a tank, buy the price was too good to pass up. Who knows what the prices will be further down the road?? read more

This is a great stop for those heading from Atlanta to the Savannah area. Our tank was close to being empty & this was conveniently located right off I-16. The women's bathroom was clean & very well decorated with a black & white accent wall & topiaries. I also appreciate the women's bathroom had a door while the men's did not. Also great for those with dogs as they had a large dog park. Friendly employees. I would definitely stop here again. PS...Don't stop at the BP & marathon at the same exit...Gas was at least 30 cents more. read more

terrible customer service wouldn't let us return a car heater or a double car plug it was bought at 8pm that night and tried to return it at 2 am it didn' work very well and we had our receipt and all for it and they told us we needed the box well we couldnt find it why do they need a box when they have the idem in store and could have grabbed it and let us return it and when we bought it we were told all we needed was the receipt for the return idk if they just to broke to refund us or what but that was definitely the worst loves I've been to and I will not go back from this point on bc they can't do one simple thing read more

Apparently there is still a change shortage in 2021. I was not given my change. I contacted corporate Arby's and they sent it to the Arby's that cheated me. A woman called me and said they do not issue refunds I said I wanted one. She said they would send me a check for one dollar. Well, she lied. She thinks she was being cute. this place has the worst service Bryce Boland was supposed to repair a bunk blower an wind up breaking the control panel not replacing the screws. Leaving my catwalk a battery cover unsecured. Taking everything apart a leaving me with the parts he purchased from freightliner a charging me labor for not completing the repair. He didn't say he was leaving or nothing. I went to my semi to find he had taken it apart broke my panel a not put anything back together . this is the worst loves I have ever been to. read more

The convenience store section and restrooms are fine. The attachef Arby's is terrible. Lady who was taking orders was nice but the rest of the customer service experience was crap because they know they'll never see you again. Once they have your money they don't care. Safe the hassle, buy a hotdog and a drink on the convenience store side. read more

what a terrible experience at the Arby's. They wanted me to pull forward at 3 o'clock in the afternoon with nobody in line so they could stop their timers. When I told them I would if somebody came, they got aggressive and mean. The window guy, through my bag of food at me and did not include the Arby's sauce I asked for. When I did not drive away. The manager came and gave me the Arby sauce, but aggressively told me if I wasn't gonna pull forward that I should never come back. OK I'll never come back.. read more

People look at what the price on the menu broad say n check your recipes when you get it. I ordered two meals and they both came up to $25. Come to find out I was over charged for these two meals. On the menu for the CMB chicken Bacon Swiss crisp meal only Bacon n cheese that was a 9.99, we was charged 11.09 for the one meal, for the CMB crispy chicken club wrap meal was 10.79, I was charged 12.39. We drove back to the window regarding the issue. The manager took forever to come to the window, when she finally does come she act us if the over charge didn't matter. Wow this is not good customer service you'll need to either update your system regarding the price change or someone is going to sue to sh!t out of this company for false advisement. read more

This is our go to stop every time we drive from Atlanta to Savannah. Reasonably priced gas, the convenience store has everything and is very clean. I love the nice clean dog park area outside for our corgi to stretch her legs in. The attached Arbys is probably one of the best Arbys I've been to in Ga since we moved here from Cali a few months ago. The employees are great and the food as well. read more
