We are traveling through on a multi-state roadtrip, and to say that we were extremely impressed with this Love's Travel Stop in Moses Lake is an understatement. This location by far, has the BEST Dog Park that we have been to (in 5 states!) It has a large beautiful grassy area that is very CLEAN!! It does not reek of dog urine. There was a grounds keeper on site watering everything down, beautifying the area. He was very nice and pleasant (sorry didn't get his name. We talked about his 7 year old pup that has seizures) There are two sections of the Dog Park which was awesome! One section for small dogs that are 30lbs or less, and another for dogs that are 30lbs or larger. Our 6 month old pup, Sage is 45lbs and is extremely energetic & loves playing with other pups, however it was good that there was a gate separating the two sides, as she really wanted to play with a teeny tiny pup. It was better that she say hello through the fence instead. This area was very nice & the human restrooms were very clean & spotless as well! I just want to say Thank you to Robin. ( not sure how she spells it) for the great help she was to me! She went out of her way for me again this time she was actually working at Ritzville! This Loves ( Moses Lake) IS one of the best for customer service.......however I would avoid the Taco John's here. 5 times I have ordered 5 times it has been wrong. Customer service was great but the food isn't. To be fair I haven't tried everything on the menu but ..well 5 times. read more

First time at a Love's travel stop, and so much better than making a pitstop at a typical gas station. The best thing about Love's is that they have large clean bathrooms with plenty of stalls! This one connected to a Subway, and others had different chains like Hardee's, etc. They had some hot dogs, taquitos etc in a warmer, and various snacks and drinks that are overpriced like your usual gas station. I also heard them announce that the shower is ready for someone, though i didn't check that option out. read more

Best gas station bathroom around. "Now this is what a gas station bathroom is supposed to be like!"-kids. Door stalls that almost go to the floor, no cracks in the sides for little kids or adults to be able to look through. Instead they had notices (red and green) like a port-o-potty to let you know if it was occupied or not. Smelled great, clean and plenty of soap with working sinks and real mirrors. All this bathroom needed was a couch with plug-ins. I couldn't hit the happy meter enough when asked to rate them on the way out. Overall the store is well stocked with plenty of food, snacks, veggies, gifts, chargers, blankets, toys and many other items truckers and regular drivers need for traveling.
