Their bathrooms are out of order and so people are urinating by the trees. Would not recommend coming to this Loves.

Worst experience at a LOVES EVER!!!!!!! Also asked for a shower that was handicapped accessible. No grab bars to hold onto in shower, no grab bars near the toilet. And with six inch high concrete lip to get in the shower, there is no way in hell to get a wheelchair in here. Damn shame I have to give it a is deserves nothing!!!!! I went to order a 6 inch meatball sandwich and walked out with a foot-long five me Italian, and they charge me for the guy that was standing behind me, so I ended up buying his foot-long as well, then refused to give me a refund saying, there were more steps that they had to take, so I had to bite my loss since I'm on a 16 Hour Dr. and had to pay for not only a foot-long, but also pay for the dude standing behind me who I had no clue who he was. Rudest bunch of broads this side of the Mississippi and it all starts with the one wearing the blue shirt. Sorry not sorry you actually had to lift a finger AND navigate customers. The audacity. Get bent. Half the sodas on the fountain are out of service too. Chester's is mostly trash. Service was meh. Chicken sandwich was dry, potatoes are decent. Biscuit wasn't horrible. Hell, no I wouldn't recommend this place. We tried getting gas when we were going west and our car didn't work. The pumps don't work half the time. Then we tried when we went back east on a return trip and again same thing cards don't work or the pumps don't work. The parking lot is a shit show and there's no direction and the pavement is horrible. It's all eaten up throughout the area to get gas. Loves needs to get it together. This place is horrible They don't even even deserve one star. We ended up going to the DK across the street both times and they were perfect. read more

We have stopped at the gas station once before and I swear we will never stop again. It wasn't until we got there that we realized we did this before. The entire place was trashy and nobody was friendly. There were long waits for gas with people just parking at the pumps. No reason to stop again. read more

Stop by last night around midnight horrible experience no control very very rude staff especially the subway girl she need a reality check n if she's not happy with her employment she should quit or not work in food service that involves being respectful n professional!! The only reason I had stop was because I wanted a sub as soon I approached the station got the look.. gave her my order she grabbed the wrong bread well of course she had ear pod in and in a conversation. I was like sorry it's an Italian bread..then told her subway club .. she got upset n started just slapping ingredients with out even asking what I wanted.. when I try correct her that was it .. she just tossed my sandwich on the table and honestly I lost it !!! Told her never mind don't want the sandwich no more .... I refuse to spend my hard earned money in a place that don't value it's customers.... The card machine wasn't working so I went inside to prepay. Rude young lady behind the register. Restrooms needed attention. The ladies room had 3 paper towe dispensers yet none worked. The glass doors were dirty. Bright spot was a young man who sold us Chester's chicken. I won't stop there again. read more

One of the nastiest LOVES I have visited thus far as a truck driver. Walked in to get some chicken and nothing but 16yr olds what it looked like just standing around talking no Chicken or sides available claimed there was a shift change but yet it was 3:49 and he was just standing around talking doing nothing when he could have been cleaning or cooking which is his job..... their hair is all over the place with no hair nets and everyone looked like no one took baths....looked so filthy I just walked away....will never stop here again! read more

Worst lives ever... Dirty, no window cleaners. All looked like they were ready for trash 2 years ago. All employees were hanging out at the coffee and didn't even acknowledge presence. I come to loves 20-30 times a year.. every road stop. It is normally clean, friendly and very conviennent. Looks like I may have to switch after this spot. On North side of I 40 at Palestine this Love's has large truck parking area. Offers diesel and gas. Clean store and restrooms. Busy location. Subway and grab and go foods like apples bananas,hot dogs sausages, corn dogs, boiled eggs cookies cookie dough desserts salads. Give them a try. read more

I pulled in here to sip up some go go juice, the lines were 2-3 trucks deep. Some trucks were empty, others drivers were in their bunks. Anyways finally paid for fuel and started pumping. Immediately noticed the pump passing fuel all over my truck. The nozzle itself was cracked, I must have l Iost 15%-20% of my fuel. I told someone about it, but she pretty much dismissed it and left the pump in operation. Horrible Cust service and equipment, I will NEVER stop again. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST TRAVEL STOP. Don't stop here. Every inch of this travel stop has any one of these: dog poop (or some poop), bundles of human hair, slimy liquid, used bottles, empty oil jugs, cigarette butts, garbage bags, paper, more dog poop. I gave it one star simply because of two factors. 1. The staff are some of the absolute rudest and non-caring I've ran across at a Loves across the country I told them that the bathroom had zero paper towels in all of the dispensers and she says yeah well we know will get to it sometime today. I'm like ma'am this is a busy store can you please put some paper towels in the bathroom. 2. I picked up 220 gallons of diesel in the truck and had to walk 10 islands over to find a scraper for the windshield because all of them are gone there is also diesel everywhere on the ground whoever is supposed to be cleaning this area is not doing it like they do it other love stations. I travel coast-to-coast and I only stop at loves and pilots and this is by far the worst one I've been to anywhere in the country. By far the worst Love's I have ever stopped at!! First there are not many parking spaces or gas pumps. There were pumps down and the ones that were working, the card readers weren't working. All of the window cleaning buckets were frozen solid. The bathrooms were dirty and the store wasn't much better. It's the smallest store I have been in for a Loves. The employees were rude. I left without making a purchase. Love's needs to just sell this location because it will wind up ruining their reputation. read more

Located about an hour West of Memphis at Exit 233, this Loves is a smaller footprint. During busy travel periods, it can get busy and conjested. During inclement weather, the floors become a sloppy mess due to the foot traffic.Tour busses usually stop for meals due to the sub shop (was Love's Subs, now a Subway) and Chester's Chicken. I usually avoid Subway. Chester's does a good job. If I'm stopping for a meal, I'll get the 3 piece tenders and wedges meal. It appeard the interior was remodeled since the last time I was through (January 2015). The fountain sodas were relocated from between the subs and Chester's to the front wall. A roller deli was added as well. A stand with fresh fruit was added where the fountain was. This visit was relatively quiet, in and out pretty quick. The men's restroom was very clean. And they took down the 'Boneless Bananas' sign *sigh* read more

A far cry from the quality Loves that you'll see in other parts of the country. Bathrooms are filthy. Floors are wet from urine. No doggie run area that I could find. My routine was off this trip and I kept stopping at the smaller Love's Truck Stops. Nothing wrong with that but I'm a creature of habit so it felt very strange being off my routine. I found 4-2 sided, working gas pumps, pumps delivering paper receipts and accepting cards. The window washer bucket was filled with soapy water with paper towels. This Love's had an abundance of roller food for the store size with customers scooping up the hot dogs and sausages. Chester's Chicken is onsite and was extremely busy with customers. Coolers of beverages, nice selection of snacks, chips and candies plus were available. What threw me here is the restrooms are located immediately to the left as you enter. Not in the back right hand corner that I'm use to. I found the restrooms clean and fully stocked. The phone and electronics items are to the left (before the restrooms) as you enter the store. The souvenir quantities are reduced but plenty to select from. Clean, nice selection and friendly cashiers. Easy on-off exit to interstate. read more

I travel all over the country, I usually stop at the loves for fuel and sometimes food. This loves has to be the filthiest loves I've ever been in, it smells bad the minute you walk in and the restroom was a pig pen. It will never be a stop again. And I won't recommend it to any drivers in our fleet. read more

I stopped here for fuel and drinks. It was like a circus outside at the car pumps, so I headed inside. It was a circus indoors, as well. I don't know why Love's can't keep the restrooms clean. I suspect if they were open two hours a day, the rest rooms would be dirty when they opened. The men's rest room wasn't filthy but it was pretty far from clean. I've seen worse. I saw the 2 for $2.00 deal on Mountain Dew Kickstart and got two, once I found them on the opposite side of the Mountain Dew, away from the energy drinks. The cashier was friendly and helpful. She seemed to be under the gun with all of the Subway customers. When I returned to my car, I noticed that a diesel pump was unoccupied and I got there before some gasoline-monger tried to take it. :-D The pump worked as expected and even printed a receipt for me. read more
