I've been in here on multiple occasions and it's hit or miss. A lot of times the ice tea and/or brewed coffee is always out, which are the 2 items I come in for to purchase. Tonight the unsweetened ice tea was out. I waited on it to be brewed. Thankfully I wasn't in a hurry. Staff wasn't very friendly or chipper tonight. I had a man standing at the door smoking and asking for money too. I think they should put a stop to the solicitation, just my opinion. I've stopped here many times over the years and it is always a very clean location with the cheapest gas and diesel within many many miles. The staff is always welcoming and friendly as well!! I had questions on the Randy McNally OerDryve 8Pro, one being the rebate. I was told the mail in rebate would on the receipt. The Love's employee that told me that took me to the counter to get it and pay. She left and I paid I asked about the rebate and they told me there wasn't one. Worst truck stop ever. definitely needs to control his anger with customer lacks customer service skills. As a Fedex truck driver we carry double trailers and we only have few options on the road and loves WAS one of my favorite spots. Long story short it was the end of my shift and I stop at a loves to switch of with my coworker I wait for my turn at the pumps like any other truck. On average it takes us between 10 to 20 min to switch off and fill up. As I pull up to the pump to clean the steering wheel off for my coworker and make my bed not even 5 min of me being at the pump some manager has the never to come and yell at me to move my truck not in knowing that I was about to fill up my truck. Definitely lost my business forever Sad thing is that my truck runs 24/7 and we fill up once every 24hours hope he gets the right training he needs read more

What can you say? It is a truck stop and a very busy one at that with a huge amount of truck business. Truck parking always seems to be full. On the auto side of the station things seem to be calmer. The workers have always been friendly and helpful. The restrooms have been fairly clean for a truck stop. read more

Considering they've got about the cheapest fuel in the country here, of course it's going to be busy. From this truck driver's perspective, they do a great job of taking care of both professional drivers and the motoring public, especially considering the sheer volume they're consistently dealing with at this particular location. Service with a smile every time I've stopped here, despite all the drivers whining about their wait times and not having a hot shower waiting on them the moment they step through the doors. We are driving an f150 pulling a trailer. Parking lot is crazy and a terrible design. It was lunch time so busyness is expected. Went to park with the truckers and their parking lot was almost full. Poor guys waiting in long lines for gas and two of their lanes were closed- looked like they were just being cleaned. Store was clean and staff friendly. Arby's seemed like a health hazard - dirty tables and condiments station and bathrooms. One person working the register. Certainly spent more time there than we wanted. read more

This is for all locations in general. Change in policys wrecked it for me. Had earned 3 mos free showers through frequent fuler program, did not buy from them for a month, they refused to honor free showers that I had already earned. Also now to use points, you must have purchased 500 gal, so what is the point system for? my reward or theirs? Employees do not make the policies, but are rude about the changes. Had been long time devoted customer, now I will drive out of my way for a chain with more integrity. I get better milage from Pilot, but liked the points and showers at Loves, no more Loves for me. read more
