I went back in and asked for a refund of around $16. They refused to give me a refund, I was told I had to speak to the manager the next day. The employee gave me the store number and I gave her my personal cell number, she said "this is business... it doesn't working like that, you have to call him he won't call you". It's been a week and still no call...I'm going go back soon to get my $16 I just didn't have the time. I normally get excellent service at QT's . One of the employees was stocking a shelf when I was there, so they should have just blocked it off like they do at Home Depot when there is a forklift working in an aisle...there was nooooo wayyyy I could get by him. This aisle was shut down as far as I was concerned... This location has a car wash, but the parking lot is very cramped and busy.

Though there is currently construction happening in the surrounding streets and intersections, the place itself is easier to find and has ample parking and ample gas pumps. The place is spotless, even as I was pulling up there was an attendant making sure the trash was out, and there was no refuse on the ground. When I walked in, I was graded immediately and actually helped finding a particular product so that attention and detail earned this place. It's fifth star thanks to its customer service. On the inside, the place was clean and well lit: cashier was friendly and courteous, and I was in and out with absolutely zero delay.

The fried chicken looked dry and over fried. It was also overpriced such as nearly $2 for pigeon size wing is crazy. The clerk was not wearing gloves or face mask and did not acknowledge any of the customer. She just stayed behind the register doing who knows what. On the positive side the place appeared clean.
