This one stop will be our go to spot. Has Hardees hamburgers, everything you need for last minute shopping. Restroom is always clean, staff is always super helpful and always nice and smiling. Plus you can sit down and have lunch with your pup in the gated dog park area. If you don't feel like that they have plenty of room to walk your dog. read more

Quick stop for a bathroom break, this Love's is located right off of I-95, just north of Savannah. It's probably one of the cheapest gas stops you're going to find as Georgia's excise tax is a little higher than South Carolina's. Bathrooms were very busy but mostly clean. The snacks and drinks are well stocked with roller meats, lots of coffee options and plenty of sweet/salty for the rest of your road trip. Very easy access to and from the highway. When cruising at high speeds on I95 you generally will eventually need to stop for gas- unless you have a fully electric car. We have a hybrid- which definitely gets us further, but we were happy to spot the towering Love's gas price sign- one of the best prices for gas we had seen! Impromptu stop for gas proved worth the pennies since the very next exit- where we were getting off anyway- had gas for 17 cents more per gallon! Woof. We only pumped gas and departed- we did have to wait for a pump as every pump was occupied and several people were waiting behind cars. Tip- move your car after pumping gas if you plan to go into the store! Especially at this busy location. read more

Oct 2021, stopped by here for gas which was the cheapest in the area and for snacks. The staff are friendly and fast at the register. The place inside has a little of everything for everyone. We loved that they had a special small shop for truckers. They also have a shower and a laundry area, I assume for Truckers. All and all, I would look for a Love's Travel Stop on Interstate 95 when I need to stop for gas. read more

I must've gotten here on an off day, so I have mixed feelings. Coffee station was out of all sorts of things. The food wasn't ready, still cold. I didn't think much of it, since I'm from the North. Not much customers either. Restroom was fine. So, we were confused about where to check-out. Stood in line a while in the back, for a while, so mom asked if anyone was in the front. N someone said they did. So, we scurried over there with our stuff, to pay. She remarked that they had less than a skeleton crew, n if it were, there'd be way more than that. So, I said "Essential Workers". But, I guess everything at the front register was out of sorts, or out of order, because she then told us we shouldn't have to wait, n everything was free. Huh??? What???? I was stunned. I was in disbelief. Like, did we look mad or something??? I've seen worse in New York. So, to me, it wasn't that bad. I figured it was just an off day. On the road again... I reached this truck stop in the pre-dawn hours. It was very quiet but a restroom break was needed. I thought it was a little creepy but as I am walking toward the doors, a golf cart approached with what appeared to be a ground keeper on board. I wasn't sure if I should go back to the car (where my adult daughter was waiting) but I needed the break so continued. I was so surprised to see him nearby when I came out. I stopped for gas earlier today and tried to use my Gas Buddy debit card. It would not take my passcode. I went inside and learned from the cashier that no passcode is needed at their pumps. I walked back outside and tried the card again. It took a couple of tries but finally worked. I learned that the pump hose wasn't long enough (like Costco or other stations) to reach the other side of my car so I moved it much closer. The last message was to 'go inside for a receipt.' I always say no to a receipt because Gas Buddy sends a detailed email. The price was great but the rest of the experience was lacking. read more

I've traveled all across the country stopping at loves. This location here is by far the worst I've ever experienced. All the workers there act as if they were middle school aged children. The female cashier must have been new because she did not know how to accept Amex cards. I understand she's new but when I called the Amex number I could barely hear what they were saying over the phone because all 5 of the workers were yelling cursing and making fun of my business card. Why were the entire staff acting immature like this. I stopped at the next love travel stop and the same card worked the next 30 minutes. This location here is a zoo. I have one advice for some of the workers there. Where jeans that fits your body. Every driver are not out to flirt with you. Super cute gas station; it's busy during the day but they still keep it very clean. If you plan to go inside after getting gas, go park. People will blow their horn at you. Hardee's is connected to the gas station and they seem clean. But they had a very long line so we decided to end towards KFC. read more

Their gas price is cheaper than the local competition. That's why I go. Sometimes a pump doesn't work and they don't take the time to put an Out-of-Order sign on it. It gets crowded--watch for those trucks when entering and exiting. read more

Loves Travel Stop in Yamassee, SC is our must stop when traveling between FL and Virginia. Stopped by on Friday Sept. 27 for gas. Greeted in the parking lot be attendant cleaning the area and emptying trash. cans. Lot is always clean as are the restrooms, store and the Hardee's Restaurant. Decided to have dinner at Hardee's.
