This used car business is defrauded and selling vehicles with fraudulent roadworthy certificates. When writing a review on the Facebook page about the recent scam I was involved in by this car dealer I was threatened with a solicitors letter threatening to take me to court for defamation and attempting to ruin their business reputation. Upon seeking legal advice I was advised that I can say what I like on a review if it is factual which it was and which is why I am writing this review. After the business was forced to repair the vehicle that was sold to me with a falsified roadworthy they did extensive interior and exterior damage to vehicle and then slandered me on Facebook implying that the damage was my fault due to my car not being cleaned. They also lied about consumer affairs and claimed that they had spoken to consumer affairs about me however when I contacted consumer affairs about Low cost cars allegations Consumer affairs advised me that due to strict privacy laws there was no way that my claim would of been discussed with anyone other than myself.
This car yard and the man name Ray that runs it is A LIAR and will lie black and blue and threaten you. Be warned he is selling vehicles with falsified roadworthy certificates and is currently being investigated about the matter. read more
