When I buy a massage it comes with a day pass allowing me access to the gym training equipment, the outdoor pool & spa plus the first rate lockers. The showers & steam room are lovely; supplied with attractive robes, towels, slippers and all you need to feel pampered, clean & refreshed. Celadon is a gem - a special place provided at reasonable rates.

I have been meaning to check this place out for months. I am a strong believer in therapeutic…read moremassage and usually went to Massage Envy for this service. Wanting a place closer to my home, I booked a 90 minute massage with Michelle. The neighborhood is like a mini Habersham.....oozing with Southern charm. The facility itself houses a decent size fitness room, a large outdoor pool, and spa services. I was greeted warmly and escorted to the ladies "locker room". It was a very well equipped and aesthetically pleasing space complete with sauna, showers, lavatories, and lockers. I was provided with a luxurious robe and slippers. I stored my personal belongings there and then headed to the spa service area. The atmosphere was comforting and the room was nicely furnished. After a brief chat with my therapist, we were off to the massage room. Before Covid, I regularly sought out this service but because of the pandemic, I had not participated in this activity for months. Michelle was outstanding, listened to all my requests and found my pressure tolerance quickly. I felt so much better afterwards. The release of tension, knots, and stress was instantaneous. I was hooked and reserved a spot for the following week. Even though the prices are substantially higher than Massage Envy, it's hard not to appreciate the extra perks a customer gets i.e. use of the sauna, the pool and the fitness room for the day of your service. These are definitely value added incentives for you to enjoy without being a club member. The best part too was that for a couple of hours, I felt like I was on vacation. In actuality, I was just a very short drive from home and I felt sooooooo much better.

The reason I got my nails done to begin with Is so they would look nice to go out of town. 2 days later, I'm in the mountains and the nail polish starts peeling off and is still wet. I get it all Uber my white shirt and of course it was red, so it really made a mess had to go to a salon in the mountains, Gastonia area to get them taken off. I was so upset when I called. They said to come back but I was out of town wasn't going to be back for a week, I went in to get them painted, because now I no longer have And the guy basically got that owns the place blamed it on me because my nail beds were too thin.Of course , they are , since y'all had to drill them down when you applied them. I had to get them taken off the lady in the mountains had to drill them off with the drill. So when I got back, I went to get dumb just painted with gel now, and they were burning so bad in the lamp, I don't appreciate The fact that you blamed it on me.I don't work and else salon. And with tip and getting\nThem taken off in the mountains, I am out\nA hundred and forty five dollars total!!!!

This time the appointment took about two hours with a haircut which was half the time it took in Dallas but the same price. I did not wash my hair for three days to make sure the process took but once washed, you could not tell I had a Brazilian blow out. My hair was super frizzy and not stick straight like the one I received in Dallas. Danielle said that depending on how straight I wanted it she would increase the tension during the process. Despite requesting that it be stick straight it came out wavy. Also, during my appointment I was not offered a beverage.

It took 5 1/2 hours and I rushed out to make it to an appointment before truly realizing my root color was still slim shady 2000's yellow. After reaching out to the owner of the salon I was told they do not give any money back but they would fix my hair for free after graduation for my wedding in November. I was fine with this deal however upon calling back I was told they do not do that here. Then my calls were dodged, I have given up but I'd like to warn others that this salon should have a negative star rating for their customer service and ability to be professional. be the judge yourself I'll drop photos below of what I ask for (a peekaboo color w/ pink and purple) and what I got...
