I drove 41 miles to pickup an order that from previous Lowe's experience lead me to believe they would not find. To my shock everything was ready and tagged. The people were friendly, helpful and not anxious to get rid of me. In other words the way customers should be treated. The place seems new and eager to please. went to get a blind at south side parkersburg lowes. there was a guy cutting a blind , so i was waiting for his help after 10-15min he finishes and he and customer he helped walks away. i push (need help) button and wait, push again 15 min later.i walk down towards cust serv. and guy who was cutting blind was in paint, i ask him who works in blinds, he says "not sure, ill page someone" i go back and wait another 10 min. i then give up and leave. done with that place , have had other bad experiences there. try home depot in vienna read more

Im a contractor, I spend around 100k in this store a year. Helpful staff, but 90% of overhead commercials are in Spanish, and they apparently only have self check out now. I guess Lowes doesn't know who their customers are. read more

Do not purchase any appliances from them!! Lied to about delivery dates several times, several days off work no show! Finally received our refrigerator and it was severely damaged! One dent the size of a basketball. Multi dents the size of baseball's and a large scratch. Did not accept. Called Lowes store and they said we don't do refunds even on damaged appliances! You have to get your money back from a third party shipper they hired! Good luck! Management was zero help. Out my money and my refrigerator. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! read more

I was at Lowe's on the South side of Parkerburg, WV today. There is a employee there , her name is Donna. Her job is to be a "Head Cashier". I watched as she belittled a sweet little girl, who is always a wonderful help to me when I'm there. I'm not 100% on that employee's name, but she has brown hair and a wonderful, helpful, little personality. I have watched Donna treat more than one cashier badly, even a few customers and once it was in front of the manager. I really wish they would do something about this woman, because it is no way to treat employees or customers. I will be going to Home Depot for a while until they get this woman under control and teach her a lesson. Work place bullying is a thing and shes too old to be bullying our young generation. So Donna" the head cashier" if you read this then this is my comment to you! SHAME ON YOU, RETIRE OR GET A JOB WORKING AT HOME.
