We were stopping in Lowe's from out of town to make a payment on our Lowes card, we proceeded to wait in line at "customer service" where There were 3 to 5 customer service agents within the hour we waited, no one made verbal or visual contact with us. We left the "customer service" and went to A check out station and asked to make a payment. They told us to go to the "customer service" we proceeded to tell them that there were five "customer service" individuals over there and none had made any attempt to assist us. The excuse will be that Lowes was very busy, I will tell you it is busy because you have staff who are not working and spending more time talking amongst themselves and not assisting the customers. The store manager needs to do a lot of work on instilling customer service skills with their employees internally and externally. I do not blame The staff members because clearly they have been told or shown that this behavior is acceptable. I will never come back to this Lowe's again and I'm sure if your staff, especially the "customer service" staff is treating customers this way less and less people will be coming to this Lowe's. read more

I will never order anything from this store or maybe anything else from Lowes again. I went into the store on Thursday the 26, 2017 to order my new washer and dryer., took them over 30 minuets to write order up no worries I thought. They were very nice and said my stuff will be delivered on Saturday as requested but by a third party service. I thought no worries. Still no phone call for third party to set up delivery so I called Lowes delivery and I was told my washer and dryer wil be her by 9 pm tonight. While on hold waiting for a supervisor, I received a call for Lowes Tomball that he does not know why I am on his manifest when I am not scheduled for delivered until November 7 or 11. So needless to say I am livid by now while I am still on hold awaiting for supervisor who after 30 minutes was on the phone and said nothing he could do. After a lot of unpleasantness on both parts I canceled my order who wants to go to a store wait 1 and a half hours total , go home and await your washier and dryer to discover you are not getting one till sometime in November. really. An added event happened with this store after leaving Thursday 26 of November, eight hours latter I had fraud on my account and the only place I had been was lowes. This store used to be my favorit place not any more. Bottom line do not order anything here for delivery. read more

I Am a Lowes girl. Love Lowes. But I hate this one. The employees are lazy and rude. I mean they set the bar for rudeness. And There's never any shopping carts out by the garden shop. Keep driving and find a different one. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Worst experience. Don't bother with this store and go across parking lot to Home Depot. Ordered om-line to pick up in store. Received a call indicating they were out of stock & couldn't fulfill. I was told the order would be cancelled. Before I could ask a question I was hung up on. Tried calling later to inquire about the cancellation and refund since other stores were in stock but kept getting put on hold halfway through my sentences. Ask for a manager when calling back in after being on hold 15 min & got Evelyn the head cashier who hung up on me. Went directly to store and askd for manager where I waited 30 minutes for the manager that never bothered to show up. While I was waiting I called the main customer service line in North Carolina & was told there was nothing they could do. They couldn't refund because the Spring store had not processed the cancellation but they were more than happy to take more of my money to place another order to pick up at another store. As I was leaving Spring store I received an email from Lowes customer service indicating my original order was in process. It was not and was told it was an error on Lowes Web page ordering site. 4 days later no refund issued. Nothing! Called and emailed regarding my refund and still nothing! read more

Sorry. No stars. Bought a clothes dryer in October that had faulty wiring. It blew the electricity in my house. Lowes came and picked it up but never removed it from my bill. They are still billing me for dryer, warranty, and now interest on something I do not have! Have talked to multiple people multiple times and they say it will be taken care of. People do not return calls when they say they will and no one seems to have the authority to take this off my bill. Not happy with Lowes at all. read more
