It is my opinion that Cameranu is staffed by cruel, heartless, cowardly people with absolutely no ethics, no compassion and no empathy for other human beings. Their rigid inflexibility and adherence to "policy" has functionally destroyed my business and by extension my life. I am a transgender asylum seeker who's only other means of income is SW... I bought this camera and equipment in an effort to escape that life. I have spent the last few months building a portfolio, networking and starting a business in hopes of escaping that life. I finally got several jobs lined up for world pride this month... and now its all in jeopardy because my only camera has a defective sensor and I dont have the money to buy a second one and if I send it in for repair it will be 6-8 weeks and I will lose all my scheduled jobs... I had a bit of a breakdown in their store explaining all of this to them and pleading with them to help but they just flat out refused to do anything to help claiming policies tied their hands... absolute nonsense, they just hide behind "policies" to justify their cowardess... Even though cameranu wronged me by selling me a defective camera they have treated me like the problem this entire time. Originally they agreed to replace the camera but then backtracked when I told them I didn't have the box... because again I am an asylum seeker living in an AZC and don't exactly have room for camera boxes... but I did have the serial number sticker from the box. All cameranu had to do use the box from the replacement camera and use some clear tape to tape the sticker onto the box before returning it to Fujifilm... but they refused. They are literally going to ruin my entire life over a sticker... a freaking sticker. My hard fought chance to escape SW is now in jeopardy because of these awful monsters...

I went to this photo shop for several reasons. 1. To take care of my Dutch Passport photos. 2. To buy a few photo frames for the house. 3. Print some photos. And the final was to look for a poster frame. I accomplished three of my task. The final one I was unsuccessful because their poster frames were no bigger then 50x70. For me it's all about customer service.... If the customer service is not good then I refuse to patronize their business. I was happy to say the customer service here was commendable. This quick print store here is very professional and offers a low-priced photo printing service with several printing options and a variety of features. The print quality is consistent and the pictures are printed beautifully. The pictures are ready at a reasonable time frame. It was such a treat to print my pictures here. I forgot what it felt like to print pictures and pick them up at the photo shop. It was kind of exciting to open the envelope and browse through my pictures before I placed them in the photo album or mailed them off to family. It's unfortunate that people don't go to the photo shop often anymore and print their photos. Everyone just downloads it on their computer and adds it to social websites like Flicks or Picasso. How impersonal is that? Printing pictures are personal and precious memories to treasure for a life time. Thanks I appreciated your great service and quality products.

However, I am so over the attitude of some of the employees here. It is like pulling teeth to get them to actually work, no matter the time, day, or season. I ask the guy if he could scan a few important documents for me a certain way because I don't want to screw up on something so vital. He says nope, it's self-service here, but I can guide you from a distance. I knew that was complete nonsense because normally I would pay extra to have them scan documents behind their counter and put it on the disk for me. Plus in the past, it's like pulling their teeth to verbally get them to do anything, so I was not even going to experience it again. Before COVID 19 they could barely give instructions or provide any proper information on the products. In addition, I was not trying to waste other people's time that was standing in line to use the machine. I guess them standing behind the counter and looking up at the ceiling is more productive instead. I would dodge this place if you are looking for proper customer service. They are polite, helpful, and clearly work hard. This review is NOT about them. The problem is the office and customer service team, specifically Tom, Michael, and Martin. The level of incompetence and disregard I experienced is shocking. Multiple items went missing from my stored belongings, including very valuable and irreplaceable baby items. Instead of taking this seriously or actively trying to locate the missing things, there was no real effort made to investigate. I felt dismissed from the beginning. What makes it worse: I had to organize pickup twice because they forgot parts of my belongings the first time. This was entirely their mistake. I live in Cologne and had to rent a large truck and arrange everything around their strict 9 a.m. pickup time. That meant waking up at 5 a.m. and driving there under significant time pressure that THEY created. When I arrived, I was told in a casual tone, "Why are you so early? I'm here the whole day." This happened twice. Because of their errors, I lost two full days and around 700 euros for truck rental and gas. And still, items are missing. Customer service was not just unhelpful, it felt manipulative. I was repeatedly given the impression that issues would only be resolved if I left a positive review and mentioned specific names. That is completely unacceptable. There has been no refund, no proper resolution, and no accountability. If you value your belongings, especially sentimental or important items, think very carefully before using this service.

Lastly when my stuff was returned it was covered in dents and scratches. DO NOT USE!!!!!
