Now we are four months waiting, and I'm mortified that I left my beloved animal at this facility. I can not recommend this to anyone. The owner talks all the right talk, but after being told tonight that I should not call and check again, they will call me when Holly is ready...unacceptable. Emergency out of state for 4 days and two weeks of snow/ice doesn't equate to two months past my scheduled pick up date. I'm mortified that I did not lay my Holly to rest appropriately. That is something I can not do over, but I can warn others to avoid this. Do better Affordable Pet Cremation, or simply don't put others through this horrendous experience.

First, I called a different service that said they'd call me back. They never did. I called and spoke to Deb at Affordable and the first thing she said was how sorry she was for my loss and arranged an appointment that very day to bring my kitty in. The gentleman who checked us in was just as kind and caring. He showed me how Lizzie would be returned to me and again expressed condolences.
