The owner talks all the right talk, but after being told tonight that I should not call and check again, they will call me when Holly is ready...unacceptable. Emergency out of state for 4 days and two weeks of snow/ice doesn't equate to two months past my scheduled pick up date. I'm mortified that I did not lay my Holly to rest appropriately. That is something I can not do over, but I can warn others to avoid this. Do better Affordable Pet Cremation, or simply don't put others through this horrendous experience.
