Absolutely do not hire these people. I was referred to them through MetLife legal and contacted them and hired them in August of 2025. Initially they took some information but since August of 2025 I have had to contact them several times to follow up with my case. They always take my information and never call back. Still trying to hear back from lawyer. Third week now. Impossible to speak with a lawyer. Instead setting a time for a call back or meet, I keep getting "the lawyer will contact you as soon as he can". Then I get a missed call, call back within 2-5min and the lawyer is not available. So I have to wait for the next surprise call from the lawyer. Call back 1min after the missed call, now they are at lunch from 12-1 (but "no one is available to take my call" from 1-1:45). I have now scheduled myself an appt via their website for a consultation. I will be absolutely surprised to speak with anyone other than the uptake personnel. read more

DO. OT SUE THEM FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY SUITS. They Basically took $600 to send a demand letter and that's it. Even after we gave them lots of evidence that we had a good claim for Black Mold in our apartment including mold reports and videos. We wanted a law suite filed. But after a few weeks of the letter being sent they dropped us as a client and said they would refuse to represent us. Basically a office of money hungry A-Holes. We take your money for demand letters and take forever to send it (if they even send it) and then drop you. Wanted to charge $2600 to file the suite. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! First time ever hiring a attorney for a traffic violation and will definitely never hire this law firm. Unfortunately had a horrible communication experience with them. Law firm claims they verbally communicated to me that traffic ticket was not dismissed and that ticket still had to be paid which that was not the case. A year later I find out that there is still a pending fee with the court and that the violation is on record which made insurance cost go up 75%! read more

I was referred to Lozano Law 2016 by Ross & Mathews regarding a matter with a city government. I arrived for consultation and met Sebastian Figuera. I brought a USB stick with diagram files on it and handwritten notes that I thought a lawyer would be interested in. Sebastian would not accept either of these. I was to keep those. Sebastian told me "If you don't hear from me in 1 1/2 weeks, call the office", then after a little more discussion he told me "If you don't hear from me in 2 weeks, call the office". I did call the office after 2 weeks and the office staff didn't know anything about why I would be calling. The next day they told me Sebastian had said he was waiting for me to get a letter from the City. That wasn't in anyway true and I offended the admin staff. I was surprised he didn't call me himself. If Sebastian Figuera didn't want to deal with my situation, he could have said so. I wouldn't trust him or the law firm. read more
