My mom and my sister go here regularly and so I decided to check it out. The inside is pretty nice and I went to do a pedicure and manicure. I liked my pedicure. I will have to say that when I did my manicure the woman made my bed of my nails visibly bleed. This was really concerning to me bc she was using the nail drill and she grabbed a paper towel and started wiping my blood off my nails and then the nail drill. My immediate thought was what if this happened to someone else and they had a bloodborne disease- it's just unsanitary and it's good to maybe use a lower setting or be careful with these tools. First I made an appointment for gel polish removal and a basic mani and pedi and a spa pedicure for my step daughter. I don't think they got all the gel layers off of my nails before polishing because the polish job was crappy. It was uneven bumpy and streaky there was even polish on my skin. The pedicure was basic but it seemed like the spa pedicure was no different than the basic I got and I paid more for the spa pedicure. The staff is friendly, they don't pressure you in to spending any money, and you can tell that they want you to have a good experience! This time around, I got a pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was amazing, and the massage chairs that they have are really nice! The dip manicure was also fantastic. I didn't have access to my hands for the majority of the time, as they had to wrap my fingers in foil to remove my precious dip and tips, but I didn't mind! Used the same towel as the person previous, clear unsanitary conditions. Then, even though I was getting the ombré nail set which is already an upcharge, they uncharged me again $15 for tips and $15 for a tiny bit of chrome. They upcharged my already increased price for my shellac pedicure, adding random fees because they could. My mani pedi ended up being just under $200. I will never be back. I brought my mother-in-law here while she was visiting us from Florida. I was able to make a same day appointment and that was wonderful. They were pretty busy when we showed up so she was taken about five minutes late from her appointment time, not a big deal. The drawback was that my mother-in-law reported that the technician applied about five layers of nail polish. I walked in with my boyfriend to get our nails done for prom and they greeted us at the door, helped find my color that i wanted, and i was sat in a chair in less than 5 minutes without even setting an appointment! They gave me an amazing polish change while still taking care of and polishing my feet. Then shortly after they brought my things over to the salon chair to get started on my full set. She shaped them beautifully and continued to ask me if they were up to my liking. She filed them down to a perfect size and shape and then did the same polish on my fingernails as I did my toes.
